“Paid extra for named delivery on 21st December but the hamper was only delivered on the morning of 24th December when the recipient was away for the Christmas weekend. Luckily the hamper was still at their front door when the recipient returned home a few days later. The recipient was happy with the content of the hamper which was a relief.”

“The hamper itself is as expected and cannot comment as this was a gift for our friends. However, the delivery of it leaves a lot to be desired - the recipients of our hamper gift found it thrown over their front gates as the delivery persons ‘safe place’. Not impressed with that at all!”

“Bought as a present for my brother back on black Friday to be delivered on 17th Dec. Told him it was coming but it did not arrive until 19th. This is a problem using Dpd . Hamper was good quality and value but spoilt by delivery. Thus 3 stars.”

Please note our prices include high-end quality products that aren't available to customers most of the time, the packaging and also the care we put into packing them ourselves by hand. “The hamper looked good as a photograph was sent. However the gift message had not been included. Therefore the recipient did not know who had sent the gift. It was confusing for the recipient and rather worrying for me. I eventually had to contact the recipient as I did not know if the hamper had gone to another address. Rather disappointing.”

“Great customer service and quick delivery, which I pay for. Tbh did not expect the items to be this small and the hamper to be this expensive. Didn’t try the drink but everything else was really tasty,especially cheese.”

“I had reason to call and change my ‘gift message’ and the telephone /client service was excellent. However, I selected a delivery date of Monday as my family member was not at home - the hamper was delivered a day early ie Sunday -thankfully my family member was home !”

“I sent a friend in the U.S a hamper. They were pleased with the hamper but did not have a clue who it was from. Hampers.com had not included my personal message for some reason. Surely this is as important as the hamper itself.”

“Hamper was deliverd on time . Items were in good quality. But there was no message who was the sender of the hamper. I wrote a personal message to be added to hamper , but there was no message when it deliverd.”
