Got hampers for my daughter and her family for Christmas also got one for son in laws mothet. Good value and contents fabulous.

It's been a stressful experience, I got an email saying order now for Christmas to make sure of a Christmas delivery so being as I'm in New Zealand and wanted delivery in the UK I placed my order. Only to get an email to say it was going to be delivered the next day! I was told I had to pay another twelve pounds to alter this which transferred to NZD is a huge amount. Now I'm told I can have my original Christmas delivery for no extra charge if I change my one-star bad review which I have now done.

It was really good, but I was a bit worried when I could see it was delivered on a bench in the sun. But I must admit I don’t know if he rang the and made sure somebody was home.

They took my order…waited 5 days and then advised me the day before delivery they didn’t do my hamper anymore. Subsequently they did offer a discount code and then a free hamper and genuinely wanted to improve my experience so I’ve amended my rating accordingly.

It was a lovely hamper well received. It arrived the day after order which was perfect. However, the note I had written for the recipient was not attached to the hamper so the recipient had no idea who it was from. We had written a heartfelt thanks on the hamper which was not received and put a dampener on the experience.

I had difficulty when ordering. I could not seem to get the order right. Not had any problems before so maybe it was my fault. However, I have no problem with the delivery etc. I was assured the contents were lovely and tasty.

It’s difficult for me to honestly comment on this product as I a never actually saw it other than via the pictures on your website. It was a gift that was purchased and sent to someone who lives in another country. They were very thankful but people often are when they receive a surprise for free. Not much else I can say.

Hampers is a good service for those 'last minute' shoppers with loved one overseas. The facility to order in Australia and have free delivery in UK is brilliant. But I would not recommend due to high cost of contents.

Haper was delivered on time. However, it was damaged but no fault of hampers.com as this was down to the courier. Hampers.com responded really quickly to my email about the hamper being damaged on delivery, very apologetic and requested photos. Unfortunately, I was not able to provide photos but I'm sure hampers.com would have responded even better. No complaints and would use again.
