“Generally cyc has been quite good although I have had problems with delivery and service in which It took over a month to receive a delivery. I am about to try and make a return with hopefully more success”

“Lack of comunication regarding out of stock products. Order was 4 days late and when i phoned to question this was only then told that it was due to one of the item out of stock, even tho when placing the order on the site it said it was in stock.”

“Having used Clean Your Car previously, as soon as I needed further cleaning products, I was straight back to your site. Fantastic selection of products and prices, which are very competitive. “I ordered my goods on Thursday 18 October 2012 and they arrived the following day within the 1 hour timeslot allocated. This is best service I have experienced whist shopping on the web. Congratulations to all at Clean You Car. Best Regards Bruce Burden.”

“Just received your email saying that the order has been completed and Royal Mail will email me to let me know its out for delivery. I ordered on Sunday. So for it to be sent out on Wednesday I think is pretty poor. Won't be using you again. I use a lot of Internet companies which are very busy and they all manage to send out within a couple of days. No excuse really”

“Je suis à plusieurs commandes sur ce site, rien à mauvais à signaler, je suis satisfait ! Le colis arrive en général sous 3 jours, les produits correspondent à la description, emballage parfait ! Par contre, ne pas hésiter à grouper les commandes avec des amis pour partager les frais de ports. FREDERIC”
