“Rip off ! Ordered three items, they only sent 2 of them. Packing slip shows three. I know mistakes can happen but they don't reply to emails to correct the problem. That - is basically theft. BUYER BEWARE.”

“I found this supplier after a search on line, and I'm very glad i did. The site is well designed, and i have found everything I needed The order was dispatched and arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I also got a free microfibre bowl from them.... you can never have to many microfibres! Ive used the contact/helpline to source a window sealer/rain repellent and the enquiry was answered within 24 hours I will be purchasing all my car detailing products from here now.... no more halfords!”

“I got into detailing about 6 weeks ago when I purchased my first car and was pointed in the direction of CYC by a well known Facebook group for detailers. Immediately I saw a difference in the presentation of CYC compared to some of the other sites around, with CYC looking professional and slick, giving me confidence in their ability already. As I took a look through the products I couldn't believe the choices at my disposal and all of them for extremely reasonable costs! I made my order and just 48 hours later had my box of goodies waiting for me when I got home. Extremely impressed! Its fair to say I've invested quite a few quid since and CYC is now my go to site for all things detailing. Highly recommended!”

“DPD emailed on Friday 12th Dec to inform me that delivery would be between 15:35-16:35pm. No delivery was made during this period when someone was waiting at home. On tracking item on DPD website it was stated that attempt to deliver had been made and a card had been left. this was not true NO delivery and NO card. This is untrue!!!! While CYC appear to have dispatched the item very promptly the service by DPD has been very poor. Lying about leaving a card is unacceptable and ultimately reflects poorly on CYC by association. “Bought a DAS-6 PRO - Lake Country Hydro Tech and Menzerna Kit recently and when I first used the Cyan (blue) pad on the bonnet of my car, the pad disintegrated when I turned the speed up progressively to position 6. The pad was centred and secured and I have used dual action polishers before without issue! The other pads were fine. I emailed Cleanyourcar.co.uk with a pic of the bits of the pad, but have not received a reply! Not very good I'd say!”

“I put an order in on Wednesday at 10am and it is now Friday 7pm and I have just been sent an email to say the goods have been dispatched. This I feel is poor service to say the goods are in stock on the website.”

“Rubbish service will not use this company again payed £7.00 for 24hr delivery and took day off work only for item not to turn up ???? Phoned and was told item being sent the following day so had to take another day off work, was told I would receive refund on my £7.00 postage costs and only got £1.00 back useless service scammers regarding postage would not recommend to anyone else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered products from you on the 27th March, paid for 1-3 day delivery, Nothing turned up by, 2nd April, Rang to chase it up on the 2nd, spoke to Tim, he told me that one of the items wasn't in stock! stock was due in on the 3rd, he told me I should have had an email to explain, and after myself mentioning it, agreed that I should get a refund of the delivery charge, I asked him to confirm it in an email, guess what no refund, no email, goods should be with me on the 4th, had an email to confirm this but still no email about my delivery charge refund. To be honest doubtful I will use you again, lost confidence in your company. I detail cars as a second income, and I am also an Events Co-ordinate for the largest Ford owners club network in the U.K. I really am considering airing my experience on our club website. Sorry about the negative comments, but i have worked in the Automotive industry for over 25 yrs and bring a Regional Sales Manager, I know how important it is to keep customers happy, I spend every day doing it. Word of mouth not only travels very fast, but is so damaging to reputations.”

“Disappointed order arrived but unfortunately the auto finesse Gloss had been leaking in transit.About a 1/5 was lost from the bottle.Contacted sales by email the minute the parcel arrived attached photos and have not bothered to even reply.Poor customer service. Will stay clear”

“I will not be using your services again as when I ordered the goods you failed to mention that I would need to be at home as the goods appear need to be signed for which is impossible. You should have made it clear at the time of ordering so I could have cancelled my order.”

“Bonjour, Votre site m'a été recommandé par un amis, et je suis très satisfait à la fois du contact que j'ai eu au téléphone et aussi de ma 1 ère commande. Ils ont répondu a toutes mes questions rapidement, j'ai commande sans aucun problème et j'ai reçu mon colis 1 semaine après. Le seul petit défaut : pas d'interlocuteur français sinon Impeccable. Encore Merci :)”

“I placed a next day order delivery with Clean your car and paid the extra cost to do so. I was aware one part of my order wasn't in stock and expected that item to be delivered seperately when it became available. My order did not arrive the next day and I called two days later to find out why it hadn't been delivered. They said it's not going to be delivered until the whole of the order is available to dispatch and would be here the following Tuesday. It still hasn't arrived and my extra cost paid for next day delivery has not been refunded! Can't say that I'm impressed as it was a gift for Fathers day and I'd spent over £200! ould I order from this company again.. No is the answer as next day doesn't mean a week later in my book and I don't expect to have to keep calling to find out why!”
