“Friendly and helpful staff when looking for the ideal flooring , while advising on how to get the best value for money . There a wide range to choice from with easy ordering and fitting service . The fitter arrived on time and was very professional and completed the job to a very high standard . He was polite and left the area clean . I would highly recommend. Great value”

“We have just moved into area and in the past have always used another well know company. We saw Claytons and thought we'd just drop in. The customer service was amazing, no pressure, we chose our carpet, but explained that the problem we have, was that there were two oak wardrobes that we couldn't move due to weight of them (other companies have insisted that the room must be completely empty). Their solution was simple, they said they would send two strong men and work around them. Had a visit so they could get exact measurements, once again no pressure. Had the carpet fitted Thursday, by two lovely men, they did a great job and were very helpful when repositioning wardrobes. We paid a little extra so they would take up old carpet and take it away, which was great for us. I would definitely recommend Claytons. From Customer service to fitting we are very pleased.”
