I ONLY NOTICED ON MY STATEMENTS!!, That CFS "NEVER" EVEN MENTIONED NOT ONCE!! AND TOTAL THATS BEEN OVER $200 IN HIDDEN FEES SINCE I HAVE BOUGHT ABOUT 12 SHIRTS!!. I Will be GOING ELSEWHERE FOR NOW ON!!. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!.-I SELL JERSEYS AS WELL AND NEVER LIE ABOUT DESCRIPTIONS AND CHARGE IMPORT HIDDEN FEES..”

This is going to be a long review as this case has been pending for three months and now resolved yet. I’ll start off by saying this has been the worst experience in my life ordering online, to give you a brief back ground on myself I’m based in Egypt with a lot of friends in London and Manchester and usually order stuff to be delivered to their address with no issues at all. I’ll add as well that this is a birthday gift to my father who is 60 and he’s a life long united fan.
I ordered 3 T-shirts and the total of 470£ and paid and all is good, I made a mistake with the address in the checkout, I entered the address in London but I made the mistake of inserting the country as Egypt, I immediately contacted the customer service team and while the T-shirts where still in Manchester at CFTs warehouse, they said it’s automated and there’s nothing they can do, the order has to be delivered to Egypt and when they find that the address is incorrect they’ll send it back via post to England then they’ll send it to the right address, working in supply chain myself in Egypt I knew that this won’t happen.
Fast forward when I asked them about my T-shirts they said it was delivered to Egypt via Royal Mail and that it’s now with the Egyptian customs and shall be returned to the UK, I asked for proof that the T-shirts were at the customs as the tracking order provided by Royal Mail was not working and I couldn’t track the order, they didn’t have any reply to that, I said I’d be happy to retrieve my order if it was with the Egyptian customs (which was not the case), the reply I got back from them after three months that it’s my mistake for submitting the wrong address (meanwhile I contacted the customer service immediately after it happened while the T-shirts were at the warehouse) and they said that they don’t have any updates and that I should wait.
So now I paid 470£ (2 months salary in Egyptian pounds) and I don’t have the T-shirts not I can track the updates on the package, when I asked for a refund or a new order to be delivered to the right address they said they can’t do that because “they didn’t lose it” yet they don’t know where the T-shirts are.
I hope they see this and take the correct action which is refund me the full value or send me my order to the right address.”
