“The process was seamless. Everything happened as and when it was meant to, which was much appreciated - no waiting around for folk who were late or didn't turn up!! Measuring up (which included helpful advice) was swiftly followed by the quotation and once this was accepted a date for fitting was agreed. Fitters arrived to time, did a brilliant job with no mess and no fuss. Everyone involved - Consultant and fitters - was courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely use Classic Carpets again and recommend them to others.”

“From the moment we walked into Classic Carpets we were impressed by the friendly welcome, helpful advice and knowledgeable staff. It was so refreshing to have expertise at hand without any pressure to buy or constraint in buying choices. Although we live at some distance from Bristol there was no difficulty in arranging a home visit at our convenience, with carpet samples to peruse at leisure and a speedy, competitive quotation with a choice of fitting dates. This can-do attitude and quiet efficiency was most reassuring. We have now had our carpets delivered and beautifully fitted to all bedrooms, landing and stairs and we are absolutely delighted. We can wholeheartedly recommend Classic Carpets for their quality of service and professionalism throughout the whole buying process. All in all we felt confident that this company would provide first class service and indeed they did. We can sincerely recommend this company for every aspect of their business.”

“We have had two carpets recently installed and couldn't be more delighted. The service from measuring to installation was brilliant , very little wastage ( which is different to our experiences with some companies ) and the fitters were really helpful and friendly and quite prepared to help move some furniture around. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Classic Carpets.”

“We have used Classic Carpets extensively over the last year and have found their service (especially Tristan) really good, with carpet that we consider extremely great value for money. The fitters have always turned up when agreed and have been very efficient and friendly. Would not have any hesitation in recommending Classic Carpets to others”

“Our experiences with Classic Carpets have been completely brilliant from start to finish. Tristan was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. We were advised about every aspect of the carpets and fitting whist he was here. The carpet fitters were thorough, professional, and made a brilliant job of fitting the carpet in one bedroom and the hall landing and stairs. They took all the rubbish away and cleared up and vacuumed when they had finished. We would highly recommend Classic Carpets and will not hesitate to recommend them to the world!!!!”

“Very pleased with our bedroom carpet and the fitters were excellent. Very professional and did a lovely job on both carpets they fitted for us. I have no hesitation in reccomending you to anyone and we would come to you first in future when looking for new carpets. Thank you”

“Choosing the right carpet is always difficult for me as I'm colour blind! Thankfully, the very nice chap in the shop offered lots of advice and the one I went for was met by approval from my wife. The fitter did a great job and left no mess which again made the wife happy! I would recommend Classic Carpets to everyone and will definitely use them again.”

“I have used this company twice to install flooring I'm my bathroom/toilets. Both times, very helpful both in either visiting with some samples or letting us borrow the same from the store. The fitter was friendly, polite and professional too and the order did not take long to be fulfilled. Will continue to use as the need arise (oh, and we bought a good rug from here too)”
