The mattress that came with the Rachel Riley set is beyond bad. I may as well lay a sheet of rock for my baby to sleep on. I don’t see why I need to upgrade to a better mattress and pay £20 for the honour! I have ordered a custom made one to avoid the disappointment of Clare de Lune

Cheap and not safe for my baby won’t be using again

Deliveries were all late, took numerous calls to C/S to get order in full. Products were nice though and C/S were helpful but I wouldn’t but again.

Terrible terrible service I have not received my order, it’s stuck somewhere unknown with the DPD delivery service and the CDL customer service team is not willing to help trace it, or issue a refund. I have been trying to find my items on my own for several weeks.

I ordered a footmuff which came as not advertised, it was collected and now struggling to get a refund.

I put in a refund request As the items ordered where no good. I’ve still heard nothing back about sending items back to yourselves this was way before Christmas so probably too late to send back now. Very disappointed also as soon as I had placed the order I had emailed to say I had clicked on the wrong measurements and you where unable to help as it took so long to reply the items had already left the warehouse

We ordered a Moses basket and stand. We left it in the box until a month before baby was born after a brief check. Upon getting the basket out of the box we saw the wicker had cracked and broken leaving sharp edges. I contacted the company who could only offer a small refund. I would have chosen an exchange however there was barely any stock left and I was running out of time! Moving forward my baby was born! He slept in his Moses basket for one night before we noticed more wicker had been snapped. So badly that it scagged material as you walk by! After the second night the stand (which was built as per instructions) was wobbly. It was way too unsafe for my newborn therefore have taken apart, and purchased a Moses basket and stand from a different company as it is just not safe for my baby. I have contacted the company for a refund and to collect their item. However I am yet to hear back. This is highly concerning after just 2 uses with a newborn!!

I was very excited to place my order with Clair de Lune. There were no problems regarding purchasing and delivery however the quality of the products is very poor. I bought crib and pram sheets and not only are they very thin, they aren’t very soft. I did not bother to return as my Mum had already experienced unpleasant Customer Service regarding a Moses Basket she purchased on my behalf. Very disappointing!

Ordered a stand for a Moses basket and it didn’t arrive, was advised another would be sent out, that didn’t arrive so emailed a couple of times and received no response so had to phone. Was then advised they had none left and issued a refund! Service very poor

Ordered the palm paisley moses basket. Really disappointed with the poor quality of the product. The hood doesn't attach well and doesn't stay in place, mattress was small for the basket and palm/wicker strands were coming out. I was expecting a more luxury product but really so many cheaper and better quality products out there. Contacted customer services and felt only option was a return as they couldn't even offer a better quality product. I would've been OK if they apologised and said it was a mistake / one off and offered me something different - even if I had to pay a bit more - but this wasn't the case.

I was told that I would get 20% off my first order and was given the code it said this would come off the price at the end but it didn't and the full amount we as paid fromy bank account I have sent two emails to see if this can be rectified or will I need to cancel order and then reorder to be able to purchase the pushchair with the twenty percent discount?

Absolutely shocking quality, no screws sent to build. Moses stand unstable. Used clair de lune since 2015 and cannot believe how terrible the quality has gotten. Poor, poor customer service!

We ordered a moses basket and stand from Clair de Lune, when they arrived the stand was faulty and could not be put together. The moses basket itself was poor quality and the hood could not be attached properly; not what we expected for the price we paid. We got in touch with customer services to return the items, explaining that the stand was faulty and the moses basket was poor quality. When we received the refund it was minus £6, we had been charged for the return! When I emailed to question this with customer services I got no reply, just a notification that they had refunded our return charge - no apology from the company for this or the fact we were sent faulty goods in the first place.

The hood won't stay up & the elastic that you use to put the hood on has now broken so now the hood you can't use even if it did stay up. Really upset.

Very unhelpful, lack of clear information on the website and when I contacted them to ask for help they completely ignored me. Now I'm stuck with an item I cannot use, also 16pound for delivery is extortionate. I will never buy anything from this site again.

Looks very nice but it's very dangerous very Sharpe piece of wood that stick out of moses basket. I've had to buy a different basket becuase my newborn wasnt comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it's very bad quality
