“I have been scam by PHA company claiming my tax return from HMRC and deducting 48 % service charges.
I didn't know HMRC owes me tax return , until i received a tex massage from PHA that they have already claimed my tax return and they are charging me 48% service charge .Would you sign any form of paper to claim tax return with 48%deduction ?
I did report PHA to HMRC but , they don't try to be helpful at all .

“Sent 2 email 23.01.2023 and 06.02.2023 , no reply to either , had the cheques sent direct to them from TAX OFFICE, which i did not authorise , refusing to reply and they took 63% as payment , they are refusing to explain how and why they took so much and ignoring all forms of contact”
