I recently brought my van, under warranty, to Bassett Citroen Bridgend service center due to persistent daily low oil level messages over the last four months. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon leaving the van for inspection, the first day seemed to prioritize other matters, delaying the resolution. When finally checked on the next day, no fault was identified. The suggested advice to avoid parking on hills proved impractical, considering the issue persists even on flat surfaces. I am disappointed by the lack of a thorough investigation and the impractical advice given. As a loyal Citroen customer, I expected a more efficient and effective resolution process. Summary of Service Visit: 1.Work Interruption: Lost two days of work as my van was unavailable for job. 2. Financial Loss: I incurred a cost of £138 for a service that provided impractical and ineffective advice regarding the persistent low oil level issue. 3.Additional Expense: Spent £10 on a spirit level, advised for parking adjustments, adding to the financial burden. 4.Unresolved Issue: Despite the service visit, the primary problem of the daily low oil level message remains unresolved. This overall experience has been both financially burdensome and time-consuming, leaving me dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

5 yer old c4 cactus 1.5 diesel with ad blue fault. Took 4 weeks before the dealership could check the vehicle . Now been told it needs new ad blue tank at cost of £1800. Service manager admits this is a common fault and they have vehicles in every day with ad blue faults and to raise a claim with Citroën. After a week Citroën customer services said there is nothing they can do and admit they are aware of faults with adblue system. The vehicle has only done 50000 miles and now stuck in a garage with no date for when parts will arrive. Do not buy a diesel. Do not buy Citroën.

Just took delivery of my new eC4. Customer service was superb from Louis at Exeter Citroen; keeping me well informed during the order process. Great to drive and it’s my first experience of an electric car. Loving it, highly recommend.

Dear Sir / Madam, I will like to thank the customer service personnel at Robins & Day Croydon, for their brilliant care and support, especially, Ms N. Furley for her good advice, patience and excellent care and support. She is always ready to lend a helping hand and to offer the best and efficient advice necessary to give me value and quality of service for my vehicles.

I run 6 Citroen relay vans, on March the 25th an 8 month old van with 25,000 on sized up. The Citroen customer service is beyond disgraceful and the dealer Wilmoths who didn’t want the van taken there now want to charge me storage per day!!

They need to allow you to chose some of the great stuff on the higher spec cars on the lowere spec cars. For example the excellent opening back window is only available on the top of the range Berlingo. That means you have to splash the cash on the electronic rubbish.

An awful company. Got a letter saying the car needs to be recalled for safety purposes. When we try to book it in they say there is no such recall. Emailed them several times but no answer to our question. Called them, and they won't discuss it with me because I am not the registered owner (wife is in bed as on nights). I just asked them to write to her to tell her if the work needs to be carried out or not, and they won't even do that. While I am having my rant their service dept. is also awful. The amount of time they take is just unacceptable. Our first and last Citroen.

Purchased a 4 year old Citroen Berlingo 11 months a go, it has been in the garage three times with issues, it malfunctioned on Sunday 6th October 2019, taken to Citroen Cherry orchard way by the AA, despite leaving messages with the sale team, when we called the Citroen garage, as we had not heard from them, the staff member said he wondered why the car had been left there, no one had even passed any messages on, rubbish after sales care, my car is still in the garage 11/10/2019, they are hoping to do the work by Tuesday LOL..... no one updates you , no calls back when they say they will. Car still under warranty, but they say the repair of a clutch on a car that has done 50k miles might be down to us, if this is the case I will be getting in touch with trading standards and the motor omnibus. A will be getting rid of my Citroen as soon as I get it back. Would never buy a Citroen again

Update: Citroen have failed to deliver the requisite parts again! No update on when they will arrive, no replacement vehicle offered despite the cause being a manufacturer’s fault and customer care have failed to get back to me for four days and counting... Their terrible service is consistent, if nothing else!

My Citroen C1, which is within warranty, catastrophically malfunctioned without warning. Despite agreeing to fix it under warranty, Citroen are unable to supply their own parts to their own certified garages due to a supply shortage of common parts such as starter motors! Nor will they offer a courtesy vehicle until the back order date has passed. Customer services were so disinterested and rude that I was stunned. I have never ever come across a company with such poor customer relations! The garage had contacted them initially on my behalf to no avail. Even their own garage told me they were awful. Now I am without a car, which I rely on daily, because they produced a faulty vehicle and left me high and dry because I can't source the part anywhere else without invalidating the warranty and they can't supply their own parts from one week to the next! Dreadful company. Never buy from Citroen; I wish I hadn't!

Earlier this week I publicly posted a story about how my Citroen Cactus 1.6 Diesel engine had catastrophically malfunctioned. I'm going to be posting some reviews, u tube videos and other bits and pieces to demonstrate how Citroen's attitude to my problems has surpassed any low I have ever experienced with a corporation. 1) They won't warranty the new engine. 2) They won't inform me if this type of event is commonplace. 3) They have blocked me from their Facebook site as clearly they didn't like hearing the facts. They taken down all posts and links. 😂 4) They have failed to respond to all of my formal correspondence. 5) They will not review or escalate the decision made by a customer services manager, who appears to think Citroen customer focus starts and finishes on her desk. Danielle Quick. 6) They will not release me to take the matter up with the Motor Ombudsman . Thus I have to wait starting a case for 8 weeks. 7) They are not interested in paying any monies or compensation for days I've lost due to the incident 😎 Letters sent to their Managing director have been ignored and remain unanswered. My formal letter written corporate complaints remain unacknowledged. MD is bekir.hassan@citroen.com try also arnaud.leclerc@citroen.com and marketing linda.jackson@citroen . com 9) They state 'component failure can happen at any time' 😂😂😂.. And if it does imply it's just too bad if there is no warranty. They are unable it seems to put any faith in their own engineering 10) The asset value of my car has been diminished overnight and they simply couldn't care.. I'm going to get rid of my Citroen.. my Mother just pulled out of buying a C3 due to this and bought a lovely red Toyota Yaris. Be ever so very careful, because I think there maybe an investigation on this Citroen 1.6 Diesel engine.. Citroen were ever so quiet and helpful with a new unit.. but oops wouldn't warrant it second time around under any circumstances👍😎😇💪 You've been warned. 😊 Michael. MG Aviation
