I ordered a coat from circa, when it arrived it unfortunately had a hole in the pocket, I emailed to ask about a replacement but unfortunately no reply, it's been 10 days now.

I sent back a shirt that was too big, still haven’t had my refund also no reply’s to my emails or messages. Very poor will be taking this further!

Over charged me on 2 tops that I bought. They were one price in the bag then when I actually paid they had increased in price without me checking. I also applied a 10% code and it only took it off one of the tops not the other. I’ve messaged customer service but they ignored it.

Hi Carl, I’m so sorry that you feel let down by the service we provided. We pride ourselves on our customer service skills and i can see your messages regarding this issue were replied to promptly. Also, the 10% discount, code you used could only be redeemed against sale items, so unfortunatly as the other item you purchased was not in the sale, you will not have received any discount off this item. I will pass this information on to the relevant department to see if they are able to make it more clear what the discount code can be used against. We really appreciate you bringing this feedback to our attention.

I ordered Tommy Hilger Denton shorts, size 32, they arrived in a plastic bag, I tried them on straight away, they didn’t fit so I sent them back the same day. I got an email sometime after saying they would not accept them back as there wasn’t any original labels on them. They did not arrive with labels in the first place and they were the only pair they had left, Si they insisted I accept them back and now I have a pair of shorts I,n can’t wear. I will not use this Company ever again and who knows maybe they are selling fakes. Buyer beware..

I m very disappointed about this site.
I order few weeks ago some clothes but i didn't receive the package.

I will never recomand this site to somebody else and i tell to all people to think two time when they want to buy something.

We are disappointed that you chose to leave a negative review.

You contacted us a week after you ordered saying that you hadn't received your order. As the tracking for the delivery was showing it was delivered and signed for we raised an investigation with Royal Mail who conducted a thorough investigation into your order and have proof that the parcel was delivered to the correct address stated on your order. The handheld devices used to sign for goods have GPS built-in and record the location when a delivery is made. The GPS coordinates show that the driver was at your front door at the time of delivery and there is a supporting signature present to show that the parcel was handed over to the individual who answered the door. The driver was also interviewed and confirmed it was delivered to you.

Due to this, we were unable to issue a refund.

Postage was expensive, order turned up far too large and no returns postage included - Basically lost out on 9 pound for postage and return delivery. Should have returns labels included in orders

By far the worst customer service I have ever come across. So unhelpful and I would never go near their website again. Also when I pointed out they was selling my SUPERDRY jacket for 33 pounds more than it was being sold for in superdry own store I was ignored and never heard another thing. Stay well clear.......
