“I ordered 3 items, happy with 2, but had the send the 3rd back, the credit was less than I paid for the item. I e-mailed and very quickly received an e-mail from Arianne in Customer Service apologising for the error, she not only rectified the error, but gave me a £10 credit for my inconvenience. Fantastic service!!”

“I ordered Tommy Hilger Denton shorts, size 32, they arrived in a plastic bag, I tried them on straight away, they didn’t fit so I sent them back the same day. I got an email sometime after saying they would not accept them back as there wasn’t any original labels on them. They did not arrive with labels in the first place and they were the only pair they had left, Si they insisted I accept them back and now I have a pair of shorts I,n can’t wear. I will not use this Company ever again and who knows maybe they are selling fakes. Buyer beware..”
