“Excellent service. Quick and helpful replies to my queries before placing my order to produce avi files on a memory stick that I could edit on Adobe Premiere Elements from DV tape cassettes. I sent six DV tapes that were about 15 years old and would not play through my Canon camcorder onto my PC. Cinemagic produced one avi file from each 60 minute tape and even edited out a few minutes of video of my feet when I had not turned the camcorder off when walking aLong. They returned the tapes to me with the memory stick all well packaged. I recommend this firm”

“I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. I felt the website was a little too complicated at first but, when I called and spoke to a really friendly gentleman, I realised it was me just being a bit stupid! They fixed both of my broken tapes, emailed me the download, and sent back my tapes all in the space of a couple of weeks. Five star service.”

“I was very pleased you could convert this 83-year-old 9.5-mm film. I thought the film stock might be too brittle to work with. Perhaps inevitably, the quality of the image is rather poor and would require a lot more work to improve it. But I'm grateful for what you've done.”

“I sent through a cine film of my parents' wedding in 1959 which my mum had never seen. We lost dad 5 years ago, so it was lovely to see both mum and dad, and my grandparents brought back to life. Such a joy to watch, it was only just over 3 minutes long, but was magical.”
