“I have used Video Magic many times now since 2019, From the worst mouldy tapes to brand new, they do such an awesome job at repairing and transferring your Videos to DVD or file format. I won't use anyone else, great value, top class service, great communication!”

“I had 3 Mini DV tapes that contained my sons birth and toddler years. These tapes got chewed up by our camcorder and I though they were lost forever, but Magic Memories Cine Magic managed to fix them and put the videos onto DVD for me and also supplied a down load. Service was and efficient. Thank you so much I was so happy.”

“We lost mum in 2013, there was a cassette stuck in a camcorder when we took it out it was chewed up and snapped, dad has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer and we were desperate to get this converted so we could all watch it again, it was nothing exciting but nevertheless precious memories, Magic Memories received the cassette tuesday and sent me the finished files today(thursday) we are so very grateful for their excellent service and the fast turnaround given that it was time sensitive. I am so pleased with the results and forever grateful.”

“A mark of a good company is how they respond to issues, and I can only praise Magic Memories for how they dealt with mine. Magic Memories converted 8 VHS videos to digital and sent the memory stick to me. On first review I noticed something wasnt quite right. I rang them, they checked out their copy and new instantly what the error was. Without hesitation, they quickly arranged for a fresh memory stick of a corrected version of my videos to be produced and sent. (They retain a copy of the original digital conversion on site, so no need for me to resend the video.) I received the memory stick 2 days later and am very pleased with the results - thank you.”

“Website for ordering was easy to use and instructions straight forward. Received an email confirmation that my order had been received. So happy with the end results which was some super 8 cine film converted to digital download. My super 8 film was returned to me. I really appreciate this excellent service and being able to view lost memories. Would use Magic Conversions again and would certainly recommend.”

“Converted super 8 cine films to mp4 format. Results were as good as possible given the quality of the original films. It was great to see films of my childhood after nearly 60 years. Took longer than I was originally advised (10 weeks instead of 7) but not really a problem! Thanks for the excellent work!”

“After being heartbroken my old tapes had severely damaged by mold and been thrown in the bin...trying to find a tape with dads voice was difficult but manageable however upon getting it copied to USB over 3 times the sound on the copies were muffled...at the end I tried Magic Memories and finally Sound is perfect...I can finally hear dads voice. From start to finish was excellent and quick service too..I got a phone call to let me know the sound on the tape is fine...I was almost on my way to thinking there was no luck left...but lucky I tried magic memories...this was actually going to be my last shot on this tape after trying 3 different places locally.”

“We are really pleased with the improvement in quality from our distorted 8mm tapes and are happy that our recordings have now been transferred to a more modern file format. Special thanks to Colin for all his help. We are thinking of using Magic Memories again for our old VHS cassettes.”
