“We have been coming here since my daughter was a baby…. we love the tradition. This year no exception. We picked the tree and it was cut bagged and delivered to our car in about 5 mins. Joe was brilliant.”

“I bought this gorgeous Christmas tree from this store at Higbury. The sales lady Yasmin is so kind cheerful and very helpfull as well.she has good customer relations till the beginnig and end . Tree is high qualified l am very happy and satisfied. Thank you 🙏🎄”

“Bought my trees for years from here. This year they were offering a 15% discount which was welcome as the trees and delivery are very expensive but the code didn't work. Can't talk to anyone at the weekend. No answer to emails. No answers to the phone through the week. No customer service. Shame will look elsewhere.”

“They first brought a sparse tree but the delivery men volunteered to take it away without unpacking it and a beautiful bushy monster was delivered the next day - I will use them again”

“We eventually found our perfect tree with the help and very patient Oskars - great guy with a great attitude and sense of humour. My wife spent ages being undecisive but nothing was too much for Oskars showing us different types and giving advice. We have bought our tree here for the past 3 years and always happy with the quality of the trees. Thank you Oskars for a great tree.”

“I got my tree from Pines and Needles in Richmond and couldn’t be happier. I was served by the most helpful man Charlie Daish who helped me pick out the tree and carry it to my car as I was on my own. He was so lovely. The tree is perfect and not dropping at all after over a week. I will definitely return next year. Thank you.”
