"After dreaming of buying a hot tub for over 5 years, we finally made concrete enquiries this year. We looked at 10\u2019s of companies across the country, comparing prices, quality, reviews etc. We decided to go with a Sundance hot tub from Glynn and Chiswell pools largely based on our interactions with Glynn, feedback from a family member who had also purchased a year ago from Chiswell Pools, and because the company is local.\r\n\r\nWe had a very tricky space to navigate via crane, avoiding 8 of the neighbours phone lines! Glynn fully project managed the crane company, providing surveying photos to them, booking them and managing them on the day. The installation was seamless.\r\n\r\nGraham Mellish, from Harvey Mellish, fitted the electrics (which were also challenging, avoiding a concrete under heated floor). \r\n\r\nGlynn visited the day after the tub was installed and has phoned since to ensure we understand the chemical balancing process. \r\nGlynn has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. So knowledgeable, friendly and full of integrity. We would highly recommend!"

"We ordered an Optima Sundance Spa after several discussions with Glynn. Glynn was extremely knowledgable on his products and his customer service was second to none. From order to install the whole process was handled impeccably. We had to crane lift our tub over the house as the side entrance was not large enough and Glynn organised this with his team and he reassured us that it wouldn't be a problem - I can say that he was absolutely right and we are impressed! He always responds whenever we have query instantly. We are so happy with our tub and the service we received that I would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends. "

"The response to our request for a quote from Glynn Pope of Chiswell Leisure Ltd was immediate. Comparison with four other quotes from last year, and this, convinced us that the Wellis Malaga was a great product of good value, at a reasonable price. Issues about providing the 32 amp electrical supply and access our raised patio above our garage were efficiently resolved. Graham Mellish of Harvey Mellish Electrical Services Ltd arrived the next day to thoroughly review options for taking a cable from one side of the house to the other. His detailed quote arrived, showing that the tricky job could be done at a sensible price. Graham returned the day before spar delivery to run the installation and returned immediately the spar was delivered for the final hook up. Very efficient, tidy and obviously competent electrical work was completed with certification. The crane lift from Earp Lifting was as quoted by Chiswell, including insurance. On \u201cSpar Day\u201d Jody Erp and crew arrived first and positioned the crane up our gravel drive by the garage, with hardly a spin! The lift went smoothly. After unpacking and placement, Glynn did all the set up alone, in no time. That was midday and first use was in the evening at 23 degrees. Next morning, 38 degrees cooking Lobster at 8am! Glynn gave time to instruction, including a short return the next day to check on the Blue Tooth!\r\nWe have had fantastic, efficient and friendly service from all involved \u2013 Glynn, Graham and Jody.
