“I am satisfied with the treatment that l have received. The receptionist is very polite and professional as well the nurse. I believe that Dr. Peru is a excellent dentist. He has good communication skills in relation to the procedure he is carrying out. He is very thorough. Hetreated me a week ago”

“Dr Claudio Peru provided a very skilled, friendly and honest service. The rest of the staff are friendly and efficient. The only negative feedback I have is that one of the forms that needed filling in prior to treatment was confusing. I would definitely recommend Dr Peru and this practice.”

“I'd had a partially erupted wisdom tooth which was prone to infection for a number of years. Previous dentists had been reluctant to extract the tooth. I saw Dr Peru and after x-rays it was clear that there was a pocket under the gum which was the cause of the on-going infections, and therefore removal was recommended. I've nothing but praise for the way the extraction was performed by Dr Aneesha Shah and her assistant, whose calm manner put me at ease throughout the procedure. Just wish I'd come to Chiswell Green Dental Centre earlier than I did. And thanks to Gemma as well for organising everything very efficiently. In addition, I've just had my first hygienist appointment at Chiswell Green and my teeth feel better than after previous hygienists at other practices.”

“Was reffered here by dentist due to gum disease. A 5 star professional practice. Had a root planning treatment drawn up. Given candid practical advice on curbing the gum disease. Having completed treatment, I now have healthy gums and more importantly a strong chance of stopping bone loss. Thanks Rajiv”

“My tooth was removed last night under conscious sedation. I felt nothing and remember nothing and the whole experience, from the first telephone call organising the appointment to the moment I walked out of the surgery following treatment, was calm, reassuring and really quite restful! There can't be many people who fear the dentist more than me, hence the type of sedation, and I cannot find enough adjectives to describe how 'pleasant' the experience was. All the staff were wonderful and so kind. Thank you Dr Shah for making something I was terrified of facing into something which caused me no pain whatsoever. I would give a full 10 out of 10 for my treatment and the way it was handled. Well done Chiswell Green Dental Centre.”

“In April 2015, I was referred by my dentist to Dr Claudio Peru. I visited Chiswell Green Dental Centre to see Dr Claudio Peru on three occasions. On my first visit Dr Claudio Peru carried-out a preliminary examination and took x-rays/pictures. Dr Peru explained in detail what was causing the problem and then put forward his proposed specialist treatment plan. Dr Peru was very happy to spend time with me and answer my questions to make sure that I fully understood the planned treatment and associated risks. During my subsequent visits, Dr Peru successfully treated me and I am very pleased to say my tooth was saved! On each visit I received very professional and expert treatment. The facilities in the dental centre are of a very high-standard and all the staff are friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr Claudio Peru and Chiswell Green Dental Centre.”

“A root canal procedure is never going to be a pleasant experience however, I was extremely happy with the service that was provided. I was worried that I would feel some pain (due to a bad experience a few weeks prior to my appointment at my local dentists). Although, I was very relieved to find that I didn't feel a thing. All of the staff were very welcoming and Dr Peru was very friendly, put my mind at ease and did a fantastic job. Thank you”

“Not having been there before despite the sign i missed positioning a couple of times for consultation. looks a surgical centre _ serious stuf done here ! Pre and post explanation of work and costs clear Staff professional and polite . Dr Peru exudes professional confidence which gave me confidence for work I was wary of . Clear explanations to the point on options and consequences . felt in confident hands during work The rubber masking the mouth was wierd but understandable not experienced that before did have an issue with saliver build up which had difficulty expressing but response swift . clear explanation of expectation and reasons for post op care requirements . Not even expected after effects rare for me to come out of a dentist feeling bright and confident to do other things . costs reflect higher end work but fixed commitments overall top quality”

“I visited Chiswell Green dental practice on my first impression the clinic was very modern and clean. I was greeted by the receptionist who was professional but made me feel at ease. I then met Dr Peru who was also very professional and reassuring, we went through what I need to do with my teeth and a treatment plan was provided to me so I could see what my next steps were. My second visit was to see Lidiana the Hygienist who done an amazing job my teeth where stained through years of smoking and drinking tea and now they are clean and sparkly I can actually smile and it feels good. Highly recommended and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else now thankyou.”
