“Purchased online a 9ct white gold chain at £245. For the price I expected a reasonable chain to carry a gold locket. The chain arrived. It was very very thin. Looked like it would break very easily. Not as described online as being 1.2mm. Wieght of this chain was only 0.8 grams. I returned it to the nearest store which is 30 miles away to check I had been sent the correct chain and look to purchase another. It was confirmed I had the correct chain but the online description is not correct. The staff in the shop were lovely and very efficient. I would give them 5 stars. But my experience purchasing online was negative as I had to drive a 60 mile round journey to return the item and buy another elsewhere as this was for part of a present to be given the following day. I purchased another chain from another jeweller. It weighed 3.4 grams and was only £220. I will not buy online from Chisolm Hunter again.”
