The order (for rollerball refills) arrived promptly, but there was an issue with the quantity sent. Phone them up and the matter was resolved quickly.

Online chat was very helpful. However the after having discussed removal of the links so the the watch bracelet would fit my wrist I was astonished to learn that this would negate your returns policy. Crazy, as long as the watch is returned with the links, why would you not accept return?? I am happy with the watch . But now I have the fag of having to go to one of your stores to adjust the bracelet. Pain in ar*e for me and no doubt the store also. So I fact buying online was a waste of time. I might as well have gone to a shop and done the whole deal in one hit

We saw these cufflinks online but in store. We ordered them from home and they were delivered within 3 days. The cuff links are lovely and a good weight. They are advertised as Links of London so I was a little disappointed when all the packaging was Chisholm Hunter and no reference to the maker. It would also have been good to have a gift bag included rather than just the box with the cufflinks as this was a gift. Overall pleased with the product.

Excellent after-sales service who sorted out error with address. Watch is received in good condition and purchased with a bumper sale discount. Best buys are with their sale items. A 5-star rating would have been given if not for a mistake with my home address being muddled.

The selection and delivery was straight forward. I had seen the item I store, I may well have bought had the salesperson said that she would also give the 20% additional discount ( offered to my wife at a store in the Gyle Edinburgh) and the IFC. It became a very attractive proposition with these additional incentives to buy. Product and on-line service great,

i bought a white gold pendant for a birthday present. Original price £195 reduced to £99 What a bargain !!! Oh no. When I opened the box the pendant would not hang flat. It kept falling to one side. I rang customer services who offered a refund. Very Fair. However, I feel as if this should have been noticed before dispatch. My gift entailed my relative having to go into Nottingham to either get a refund or an exchange. Please take more care in dispatch. It would have saved a lot of inconvenience to the customer.

I ordered a pair of pearl and diamond drop earrings. They arrived in good time , a little later than thought due to bank holiday weekend. They are exactly as the photo so very delighted and have worn them many times also easy to put on and wear.
