“Purchased a watch for my mums birthday from the Warrington store. Emma was amazing, taking all my requirements on board and providing a great selection for me to choose from. The gift was a huge success, went back the following day to get the watch corrctly sized without issue. Again, great customer service. Shopped here before and was my first choice for this purchase”

“The service was impeccable from start to finish. Reasonable prices, lovely product as expected, packaged exceptionally and with care, prompt delivery as promised with good communication. My only minor criticism would be that other websites had more information on the watch. But couldn't be happier. Would recommend in a heartbeat.”

“Purchased a diamond pendant with matching earrings for my wife and a gent’s Tissot watch for myself from the Chisholm Hunter store at Silverburn just before Christmas 2023. We were dealt with by a Ms Jodie Cummings who was excellent. She put us at ease from the beginning of the visit and we found her personable, knowledgeable and efficient. She helped us choose the items we eventually settled on.We have purchased items from this store in the past but this was our best experience to date. Ms Cummings is a credit to your company.”
