“I. Bought only one item that was available to add to my tea set. I’m pleased to say I hope to replace 3 “Summer Chintz” fruit dishes when they become available, as The China Village has informed me. The service is great so far and will be very happy when they arrive. Well recommended. D. Leigh-on-Sea.”

“I ordered 6 cups and saucers but, due to an error on the website, only 3 were available. I was disappointed but very grateful for the speedy phone call advising me of the mistake and apology. I received my 3 cups and saucers and look forward to receiving the others when these are available.”

“Excellent service, although very expensive. Following a breakage on boxing Day, China Village replaced the bowl we'd lost. Word of advice though, measure the bowl first. By not doing so we ordered 8" bowls and realised that our originals were the larger size!”

“I was concerned that I was not going to receive my china order in time, despite paying the additional fee for courier delivery. I ordered the china on 01/10 was surprise it took until 06/10 to arrive. I was pleased with the careful packaging of the pieces, but a little perturbed by the mouse droppings amongs the newspaper wrappings. I suggest you check out your store room for ‘visitors’!”
