I didn't receive the plate I ordered yet. I was suppriced to get an email that I had to pay about £ 15 clearance tax before I will get the platen.

Ordering online was easy peasy. I saw the item, placed the order and paid. A few days later I received my item via courier. My replacement china jug is in excellent condition and I am extremely satisfied. Will definitely recommend this business if you need to replace a broken item or add more china to a collection.

I was really impressed with the service, and especially the careful and thorough packing of the 4 Royal Doulton tea cups I purchased from you. They arrived perfectly safely and unbroken. Item delivered - a Spode saucer - was fine. However the package was delivered on 11th November and we didn't find it until today, the 17th, under the hedge at the front of the house. There was someone at home when the delivery was made, according to the tracking at 13.28 last Saturday, but it was presumably just left on the step and perhaps the subsequent high winds blew it off and under the hedge, and of course there has been very heavy rain so the box was very damp. If the driver doesn't get an answer when he knocks/rings perhaps he should put a card through the letter box so customers know the item has been delivered and where it has been left? That would have been particularly helpful in our case as we use the back door to go in and out of the house, not the front!!
