“After visiting the store, we placed an order for an industrial sideboard and dining table. If you can’t visit the store due to distance, the quality and aesthetics of the furniture is like advertised online. We were thrilled with both items, two stylish and robust pieces of furniture. Would definitely recommend.”

“We ordered furniture for our lounge from Chiltern oak. We were notified prior to our delivery that one item was missing & that it would take 2 weeks for it to come. On the delivery date the furniture was brought by their carrier company by two very helpful, polite men. Everything was intact and packed very well. We are very pleased with it. The day after we had an email from DPD to say they would be delivering our last item the day after. It arrived and again everything good. We are very pleased with all aspects of this process from ordering, contacts, delivery and all the items we purchased.”

“After moving house we were looking for a piece of furniture to go in our large kitchen/diner. After a thorough search online I discovered Chiltern Oak Furniture. Wow! So many lovely quality pieces to choose from, I needn’t have looked any further. I shortlisted a few pieces and then showed my Husband. He was equally impressed and we both agreed on the large sideboard with 2 slim drawers, 2 side cupboards and wine rack in the centre. It serves a few purposes and looks lovely, we have had many compliments. It arrived promptly, well packaged and we love the fact it is already assembled. This is really well made and of great quality. Would definitely recommend Chiltern Oak Furniture and will definitely buy from here again.”

“So me and the missus ordered the Hampshire Tv stand and it came with no issues or faults. So the following week we ordered the Hampshire Nest of Tables. After waiting a few days and not receiving the unit I decided to ring customer service. Two days to get through to someone who could actually help and answer my question where my purchased item is. They accidentally didn’t put my order through even though it had been paid for. So I waited a full week to revive the item and unpacked it only for it being damaged. They haven’t bothered to even assemble it correctly. So one week I waited to receive a damaged unit and again what a surprise no answer when you call customer service. See photos attached”

“Terrific support and service- I was very impressed with the efficient delivery service and the very courteous and pleasant young man Lucien who with his colleague delivered our bedroom furniture. They arrived incredibly punctually too- unloaded and then waved a cheery goodbye. We are delighted with our bedroom furniture purchase. Additionally when I was in a dilemma about choosing further furniture possibly from a different range which looked very similar a wonderful customer service lady called Charlene showed great interest and courtesy in my dilemma. She sent photographs of both colour ranges simultaneously which clarified the differences in each range of furniture after listening carefully. She was amazing and genuinely kind . It’s wonderful to get this type of caring support via internet and phone in this day and era of distance often manifested in uncaring customer service - Thank you Charlene for listening and helping as you did. It’s been a pleasure doing business with this company. 👍”

“Needed a taller than the norm, lamp table, found exactly what I was looking for on the website, the handles even match the TV unit. Good price easy to order, delivered by the end of the week, package was well wrapped and arrived undamaged, good quality will definitely buy again and recommend to others.”

“I ordered a stool for my dressing table and the colour was a perfect match to go with my new bedroom furniture. I was very pleased with my purchase. The stool is well made, sturdy and the padding on it was very comfortable. Also delivered in good time and well packaged.”

“Today we received our Rutland Oak Wine Rack. What excellent service. Beautifully packed and it now fits perfectly into our dining room. We are really pleased with the quality of the wine rack (Alas we had to fill it ourselves though 😉 Thank you for your prompt delivery, good customer service and a quality product”

“Fantastic furniture, really happy with our sage green bedroom set. Delivery was fast and the two delivery drivers who we paid extra for the white glove service to assemble five pieces were polite, friendly and put it all together nicely in record time! What would have taken me a week took them a mere half an hour. Would recommend! Thank you.”
