“Love my Chester grey cabinet and the matching display cabinet. My only gripe is I wasn’t offered the “white glove service” when they called to arrange delivery. I would have been happy to pay £30 for them to unpack my cabinets as my husband had a kidney transplant and cannot lift anything as heavy as this. Nieve of me not to ask the question or read the delivery options lesson learnt! To be fair when I spoke to them about it they are going to see about adding a tick box at the checkout offering this service. Would have been 5 star had theyboffered this service”

“Overall happy with purchase of cabinet, drawers and bed. Quality of materials an finish good and with exception of bed ready assembled. One issue with the bed is the fixing brackets which are badly designed and difficult to connect the fixing bolts. Despite 3 screw holes per bracket only 2 bolts provided. These are too big and bins on brackets making assembly difficult. Not sure how sturdy they will be in long term. Nice looking furniture though.”

“Our furniture arrived when they said, well packed and in perfect condition.However, the lack of care taken in actual delivery resulted in a damaged picture frame and scraped wall needing attention.”

“Furniture arrived in the promised time slot. Delivery men helpful,placed furniture in my allocated space. Quality of furniture good. Good idea of tag to open cabinet doors to enable handles to be fitted. My only criticism is the drawer at bottom of display cabinet had screws on outside but no pull tag to open the drawer. I had to have help to open drawer so could gain entry to get to handles inside. Otherwise excellent service and would order further items in the future.”

“Beautifully made furniture at a very reasonable price. Very well packaged to avoid any transit damage. Our only complaint was with the DPD Local carrier who was completely incompetent at arranging the delivery and left our goods at a house 4 doors down without advising us. Our only query with the Chester Grey furniture is that the colour is more like a "Putty" colour than the "Pale Grey" shown on the web page. It is not a deal breaker for us, but do be careful if it is a very pale grey you want.”

“I found your company very efficient, from ordering to delivery. I am delighted with my furniture. The only thing that I could find fault with was the delivery men left foot marks on my stairs, which came off with carpet cleaner. Apart from that very pleased and would recommend you to family and friends.”

“Really happy with the table and chairs we bought- great quality and minimal assembly required. Only downside was the lack of flexibility in delivery (hence four instead of five stars) - we were given a day and slot and unable to change the time, instead having to get it delivered a week later instead. It was ok in the end but tricky when trying to fit it around work.”

“Delivered built, well packed although it was left in my lounge upside down by the delivery drivers, thankfully it wasn't too heavy for me to turn over once i had removed the packaging. The sideboard itself is lovely, nice size, well made although the design does have small diamond shapes on the four corners of the doors which we didn't know about but that was our fault as we didn't see them. I would have given it a "very good" except the middle legs let it down as they are not stained the same colour as the other legs and the whole of the sideboard and as you can see them from certain places you can see the plain uncoloured blocks and it is such a shame because that really does let the sideboard down, we have now got to stain them ourselves once we have found the right shade of colour,”
