“Really disappointed, very clever wording leads you to believe the furniture is made from oak, however, is actually painted MDF! Ordered before Christmas with a promise of pre-Christmas delivery but actually arrived early January. The January sales price is now £329.49 - £20 cheaper than I paid!!!!”

“From front it looks good , but the inside and back in not well made. Wood inside the drawer & back of the table is really rough. Not well made”

“Needed a taller than the norm, lamp table, found exactly what I was looking for on the website, the handles even match the TV unit. Good price easy to order, delivered by the end of the week, package was well wrapped and arrived undamaged, good quality will definitely buy again and recommend to others.”

“Ordered a dressing table form here. The website has a picture of the dressing table, with a mirror and stool. Clicked on buy and ordered. Only a table arrives. The mirror and stool arent included, but this is not at all clear from the website. There is no link to buy them. You have to specifically search for them, and then they don't have stock. Not a good customer experience, and I feel like I have been mis-sold to. On phoning the shop, I had to wait 30 mins for an answer.”

“I have got to say this has been my worst experience ever with any furniture company they take at least a week to return any email or dont bother at all, We had delivered a Kingsize bedstead, 2 x bedside tables and a 6 drawer chest. one of the bedside tables arrived completly smashed and the 6 Drawer chest had lumps and bumps on top of the wood when you are paying £520 for a chest of drawers you expect exceptional quality , We then said we will have them replaced which they said on the phone would happen by Thursday this week ,we then get a email to say that there is none in stock and discontinued line We have spent £1300 for some accessories to complete a bedroom that we have just had built in wardrobes and we cant complete with all matching goods and no sorry and again no answer to a Email thast i sent a week ago- I would give this company a very wide birth - No customer care, once they have your money !!!!”

“Fantastic furniture, really happy with our sage green bedroom set. Delivery was fast and the two delivery drivers who we paid extra for the white glove service to assemble five pieces were polite, friendly and put it all together nicely in record time! What would have taken me a week took them a mere half an hour. Would recommend! Thank you.”

“Furniture ordered did not arrive. Poor customer service, I was advised emails not replied to because they were too busy. Emails only answered when I cancelled the order. Very disappointing and would not recommend.”

“An order was placed on 22 November - the goods were in stock according to the website and should be delivered within 3 working days. No goods have so far been received and emails not answered or communication as to when delivery is likely to be. I have just spent 50 minutes in your telephone queuing system and finally a message saying "sorry we could not take your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you" was received. So basically what a waste of nearly an hour and I am still no closer to finding out where my order is despite the cost of the goods being taken from my card when the order was placed. Disappointing to say the least!! I will now consider my next actions.”

“Cabinet delivered damaged with a warped door that would not close. Replacement cabinet was sent - upon opening the box it was completely shattered. How anyone could send a replacement in the state it is in is beyond me. It's like a bizarre collection of broken parts. I think damaged items just get put back into circulation so it's a lottery what you receive. Oh - and I challenge anybody to call their customer service team and get them to pick up. I've been waiting for 30mins and it's my second attempt. 100% record of failure so far. Not sure how they are still in business.”
