“The quality of items are good....unfortunately their delivery side of things is poor. Ordered 2 items, both were in stock when ordered. Received 1 item yet still waiting for 2nd item. Will be 3 weeks from ordering yet still no item. Email response was should be dispatching next week! To be honest if I had known there would be a long delay between the 2 items I would not of ordered them in the first place.”

“Really disappointed, very clever wording leads you to believe the furniture is made from oak, however, is actually painted MDF! Ordered before Christmas with a promise of pre-Christmas delivery but actually arrived early January. The January sales price is now £329.49 - £20 cheaper than I paid!!!!”

“An order was placed on 22 November - the goods were in stock according to the website and should be delivered within 3 working days. No goods have so far been received and emails not answered or communication as to when delivery is likely to be. I have just spent 50 minutes in your telephone queuing system and finally a message saying "sorry we could not take your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you" was received. So basically what a waste of nearly an hour and I am still no closer to finding out where my order is despite the cost of the goods being taken from my card when the order was placed. Disappointing to say the least!! I will now consider my next actions.”

“If I could give this company a zero I would. Ordered 5 pieces bedside tables, dressing table etc. 3 out of 5 were badly damaged, chipped and scratched wood. This is awful, I wish I stayed well away from this company. Such a waste of £500. I would recommend anyone to look elsewhere at more reputable companies when looking to buy good qualify pieces.”

“Absolute disgrace! Ordered two sets of drawers which came really badly damaged and a sage green Florence unit, the Banbury design turned up instead. A nightmare to get hold of to rectify, told I would be contacted but had radio silence then a text message out of the blue weeks later to say a delivery company was coming to collect the damaged order. They have arrived and have on their information sheet for a completely different order so haven’t been able to collect the boxes..three massive ones that have been in my house since delivery nearly two months ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Still waiting on a refund of £1250 and no word yet.”

“Delivery was very quick, and with DPD which is always great. Bedside tables were well packaged and in perfect condition on arrival. Thought they were a high quality for the price, we were looking for something that wouldn’t rock when the cats jump on the tables, and they are certainly very sturdy. Will definitely purchase furniture from here again.”

“QUALITY OF WOOD AND NESTED TABLES SUCK AND CUSTOMER SERVICES IS USELESS TABLES FALL TO BITS AND REVEAL MDF! VENEERS POOR POOR POOR QUALITY! CUSTOMER SERVICES DONT CARE IF FALLING TO BITS AND WILL NOT OFFER REFUND OR REPAIR!”

“Hampshire small white TV unit. Quickest delivery, but this isn’t quite the quality I was expecting. The shelves are thin - possibly mdf - front by a wooden batten; the cupboard door is framed in wood but has the thinnest central panel; the end panels ditto. Front right hand leg was split because the lamination had failed when the plastic foot was inserted. The paint quality is OK at the front, but the side panels are in some plastic shiny white finish that is really cheap looking. This is not the quality that is advertised.”

“I was incredibly disappointed as I ordered from you as the item I wanted said no assembly needed yet when it arrived I had to put it together. I could have got a cheaper table from another retailer if I wanted to put it together.”
