“Bought a dress for £74. I did not receive any dress neither was I refunded since August 2023. I regret ever clicking on their website.”

“I've had a bad experience with Chi Chi in the past, waiting over a month for a refund. However this time I waited less than a week for the email confirming my return had been received and for the refund to arrive in my bank. I did pay £12 postage to return my items as I wanted to make sure they were returned to the warehouse ok, but I do think it's worth it for piece of mind. Hopefully they are trying to turn their negative reviews around!”

“If I could give minus stars I would!! Absolutely appalling from this company! Took my money for 2 coats for which I pays extra for next day delivery! No coats arrived, they’re refusing to give tracking details to prove the coats were shipped, refusing to give a refund and now refusing to answer my emails!!! I have contacted trading standards and next who actually sell their coats, unaware they’re scammers!!!”

“Awful company, if I could give zero stars I would. They think it's acceptable to refund with a gift card instead of the original way of purchase, and then to deducted the return charge meaning I've lost out on money cause their sizings are so bad nothing fits. I certainty will not be shopping with ChiChi London in the future.”

“I order two dresses and had to return them due to size and I was not given a refund after weeks of being told i needed to wait 28 days this was months ago. I had already purchased 4 dresses in the passed people have since asked where did you buy before this I would have been glad to say now I just tell them NO WAY !!!I was surprised and distressed that I would not get a refund on two dresses they were not cheap I would not recommend them to anyone as I wouldn't want anyone to go through this it has been very stressful.”

“No Refund No Dress I sent back a dress and was told I couldnt have a refund but a e-voucher. I sent back the dress and I've not heard from them since. I have sent a total of 8 follow up emails/messages. Not one response. When I search complaints I can see its happpend to many many people before me!! Terrible”

“PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! bought 2 items totalling £126 in August 2023. Returned them and they sent me proof of return. Will not send me my refund back. Called 30 plus times, sent so many emails! Won't even reply now!!! They have gone bankrupt so I won't get my money back.”

“Absolutely shocking theifing company that you should aviod at all cost. Returned two dresses at a cost of £118 and the items were returned and they confirmed the return of the above items. We have received zero refund from this company. Please do not use this company they will rob you of any money that they can! Will never use this company again and would advise others to follow suit.”

“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CHI CHI LONDON, this company is shocking and have not replied to emails, unable to get through to a human being on the telephone and they have not refunded me back over £100 pounds. Absolutely disgusting how they are taking peoples money and not refunding them. Whatever you do don’t purchase from these thieves”

“Ordered a dress back in August I returned as it was not suitable they received the retuned dress and they emailed me to confirming they received it to date I still have not received my money Chi chi London you are a disgrace you are stealing peoples hard earned money STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a dress that I want to return. None of the returns links on their website worked, so I contacted customer services. 10 days later I was sent a link to the 'upgraded returns portal' only to be presented with a message saying that I was out with the returns window, which was untrue. More messages to customer services to finally receive an email today apologising and providing the same link but with the assurance that the return window had been extended for me, as I was now out with the 30 days given the time it had taken for customer services to reply to me. I've just attempted to logon tonight to be met with the same out with the returns window message. I am beyond frustrated. What makes matters worse is that cookies on their site recognise that I am visiting the website (to check if the links are working) and I am now being bombarded by emails and texts saying 'hey we noticed you checking us out'. I love ChiChi clothes but I will never buy from them again.”

“I am fuming as I have not received my refunds and my emails are being ignored. This is shocking customer service. This company is still taking orders and peoples money but then not refunding! If I could rate as 0 I would. If there are issues there should be a notice on the website and they should not be taking orders!!!”

“This company is a complete scam…they will not refund any returns, and in case you are lucky to get a response from customer service they will tell you that the refund is on the way…a big LIE! Avoid by all means”

“I bought 2 items from chi chi london, where one didn't fit, sa returned on 9/6/23 still didn't get my refund, I have sent 4 emails no reply, no answer phones. Very bad company, what they do is stealing money from customers. Please don't order from them, because you never see money back.”

“Returned a dress mid August received email from Chi Chi to say it had been received by them. Still no refund, I’ve emailed them 3 times. Apparently Next sell their merchandise thru their online shopping. STAY AWAY FROM CHI CHI you won’t get your money back!!! Disgusting and very disappointed ☹️”
