“I bought this office chair for my son's sixtieth birthday. I know he really wanted an antique chair but, after searching through chairs that needed reupholstering, looked decidedly wobbly or just appeared weak I plumped for this one. He says it is comfortable, sturdy and suits his office very well.”

“Over ten years since first purchase, then chair settles, most recently chesterfield all are excellent quality and last purchase matches first for colour and quality Delivery team were excellent as this is not the easiest place to deliver to kept up to date with order and delivery time”

“As I have had slipper chairs previously I thought I knew what I was getting and although the service was impeccable I found the chairs not as i expected No quibble with the colour, workmanship, or the wood and leather upholstery. So what is my problem? Well my previous chairs were sleeker whereas these are kinda chunky not as comfortable and seem clumsy by comparison. I must say I am rather disappointed but not devastated and will learn to live with them Must add that my previous chairs lasted over 25 years and apart from leather beginning to split still okay Also they were not purchased from Chesterfields Direct”

Unfortunately not every design can be suitable for every customer's needs. “We ordered a Cambridge 2 seat sofa, a Queen Anne chair, two footstools and a Mountbatton swivel chair, all in Ox-Blood. Delighted with the quality and service. We were told 8-10 weeks for delivery and they rang us at about 8 weeks when we were on holiday, they were very considerate and were able to delay delivery until after we returned.”

“Chesterfields Direct were very professional in every sense from the start, when they posted various leather qualities and colour samples through to final delivery of the suite. I purchased 2 Queen Ann chairs and a 3 seater settee in the Dorchester range. They look amazing in situ!! The leather quality and finish has obviously been produced by very skilled craftsmen and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone.”

“From the first contact to the final delivery was effortless. I wanted a 4 seater Chesterfield to match my 32 year old 2 seater. From photographs I forwarded they produced a replica at a price I could not believe. Nothing was too much trouble for the delivery guys who insisted they check for any damage on route. Can't recommend this Company enough.”

“We received our new sofa and chair yesterday and I cannot recommend this company enough. I bought my husband a chair as a surprise 3 years ago and I was a little sceptical being predominately online (however I believe you can go to see them if you book an appointment). The chair arrived and he loved it. Fast forward 3 years and we needed a new sofa and wanted an additional chair. I called up and Sharon remembered me! The customer service and craftsmanship is out of this world. Please do not have any doubts about not being able to see the sofas/chairs and test the quality - you will not be disappointed. I just wish I had more room and money to buy more!”

“I have had a Bentley suite from Chesterfields Direct for several years. I am as delighted with it now as when it was delivered. This is the reason why I had no compunction when I decided I needed a footstool. Believe me when I say, if I could fit any more leather in my living room, It would come from Chesterfields Direct.
