“I ordered my Windsor 3 Seater Couch in Navy Blue. It was ready for delivery quickly, but I was very apprehensive as I had a couch made in 2022 from another Company and the delivery people damaged my front door, hallway and living room door. I contacted Sharon who assured me that this couch would fit, no problem. I contemplated it, thought about it - mulled it over - went back and forth over the nightmare I had dealt with and I ordered the couch. It is perfect - I have to say I am so impressed and a big plus - no stress at all. Thank you so much.”

“Excellent customer service, spoke to and emailed with Sharon and she was very helpful. The sofa was ready exactly when she said it would be and delivery was spot on, again exactly when we were told. The sofa is lovely we are very pleased with it. Cannot recommend Chesterfields direct enough.”

“Blown away with my Churchill Chesterfield chair, top quality craftsmanship. I wanted a lived in look so went for the premium vintage leather. Looks amazing, looks like a real antique but with newly made comfort. Good communication, good timescale, spot on delivery. Would definitely recommend.”

From start to finish I was treated as a valued Customer nothing was a problem that couldn't be overcome the service was exemplary. “So pleased we decided to use chesterfields direct for our furniture, from the first call to being given advice on colour, finish and wood colours to the colour swatches in the post that gave us a true representation of the colour we decided on. Ordering was simple and quick, delivery time was of our choice and the craftsmanship is a true credit to the people who make this furniture. This is a family run business that knows customer service and the real values of British Made! Even the delivery guys deserve a huge pat on the back great service thank you.
