“Despite having computer problems (which they kept me fully informed about) my order was dispatched on time and I received it on the day it was promised. My order of a large resin cow's head came very securely and safely packaged and was just what I wanted to replace the one broken by my partner in a friend's shop! Thank you for your feedback, I do take on board your comments regarding the packaging, however unfortunately we have found it necessary to add extensively to this ourselves to avoid damage in the UK postal system, and as you say it does the job, and although by the nature of polystyrene it can be a little untidy, and I do apologize for that, it is cost effective.
