“I bought one of the clear cutting mats for the top of my horn sewing cabinet. I initially requested the sample pack. I explained in the comments what I was going to use the mat for and I was looking to test if the mats would be easy to cut (so I could trim for rounded corners of my table). I received a really helpful email same day providing an explanation of each of the mats and how easy it might be to trim the final product. The pack arrived quickly and I was able to test out. The mat itself was delivered super fast. It took me a little while to get time to open and use for the first time. But even after having been in the box for a week it unrolled beautifully and made cutting my fabric super easy. I used the custom size option and was pleased to see that the excess that was trimmed off was included in the box - so I received all of the original size of mat I purchased. I’ll be able to use these offcuts for other crafts. Really pleased with my purchase and would recommend the mat & service from Rhino”

“I am really pleased with my green cutting mat. I went for the largest size and had it cut down to fit my IKEA table. It’s fabulous allows me to use the whole table where as previously I was restricted by my smaller cutting mat. I used the online chat with a couple of queries before ordering which was very helpful and great to get instance answers. The mat arrived promptly, well packaged, I had been hesitant that being sent rolled the mat wouldn’t flatten but it was absolutely fine. Great product would definitely recommend to other home sewists”

“Jan - Customer Service Champion, without doubt. I had an idea of what I needed and after explaining my needs to Jan, she narrowed down my choices to 3 so I wasn't bamboozled by too many products. The 3 was reduced to 2 and with Jan's comments in mind, I made my final decision and the right one. The mat is excellent quality, cut to size and perfect for my needs. Cut to size ordering is easy (and I got the off cuts), despatch was turnaround and delivery was the day stated - perfect!”
