“I would highly recommend this company. Firstly I loved the tear drop pewter urn. Such lovely detail and weight to it. Even better than the pictures. I needed to correspond by e mail and they replied instantly. It wasn’t their fault but a DPD issue and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Kayla was very kind and professional and I would recommend to everyone. Thank you, Meg”

“I ordered a memorial ring in memory of my lovely mum. The hardest thing was chosing which design I wanted as the choices were all beautiful. The process was very easy and straight forward and without any delay. I was touched at the thoughtfulness that had been but into the process too, as sending your loved ones ashes off in the post can feel a little upsetting, but I was reassured when I got notification that they had been received and were being kept safe until my ring could be made up. I am really pleased with my memorial ring and can't fault Cherished Urns and would gladly recommend them to everyone.
