Appalling! When booking there was an autofill of my partners surname with my first name. I noticed less than ten minutes after paying. I rang and spoke to Kevin. No e-tickets had been issued. Kevin said " It is only £550 to correct my surname". After much argument I ended up paying £480 as whilst checking the flights on line the prices had increased. In my opinion they are not based in the UK and I doubt some of their reviews. This is my opinion, utterly disgraceful! I feel scammed!

Several hours after booking online, "Veronica" called with some sneaky sales tactics - said that my ticket was confirmed but my partner's wasn't yet. And to pay a fare difference of 150 GBP. She even tried some tactics like making the ticket "flexible and seat selection free" The call was suspicious from the start. Do not go via this company If you have difficulty with a refund - initiate a chargeback via your credit card company.

Yes all the negative reviews ring true, booked through Google search check n fly came up the cheapest by 150 pound total 1385 pound Fly two adults Scotland to Australia then hour after booking received a phone call from Veronica from check n fly, sorry Google search was wrong you have to pay extra 600 pound for 25kg baggage as it was not included...... TOTAL RUBBISH. I immediately said cancel booking purely on principle, then Veronica from check n fly saying we might be able to do cheaper by 100 pounds by this time I'd lost all trust in this company and demanded my full refund.... Well after 4 days of back and forth including some harassing phone calls to convince me to continue with booking I was told yes they'll refund me. Interesting to know I checked my bank account day of booking and credit card was charged full amount but no tickets with airline were purchased...... In total it took 10 days for full refund to show in my account. Very deceitful methods this company use basically holding you to ransom and if you don't have the privilege of time they've got you in a tight situation..... Holding up you money so that you can't book another flight until refund. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY FOR BOOKING AIRFARE TICKETS IT'S TRUE BAITING THEN SQUEEZING MORE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET.

Disgusting sales tactics. They don't sell you the flight tickets as purchased online but attempt to sell you pricey tickets instead. They would give you all kinds of excuses of booked tickets not available. Still waiting for refunds. Purchase tickets from airlines website directly and you would find life easier. My booking reference is : 654E5A Let's see how long it takes your company refunds me.

Booked flights to Toronto with them. Found the team very friendly. Calls got answered very quickly and seats confirmed within no time. Katherine Baker Dealt with our case and was very cordial and helpful all along. Would definitely use them and recommend them to others.

This company are more than happy to take your money for a booking that they cannot fulfil. I recently booked a flight for my wife and I to travel on premium economy on an international flight which was available on their website. After the booking was completed, I was later called (couple of hours after the booking) to say that they could not fulfil the ticket request and could only book standard economy. When I checked with the flight operator, premium economy tickets were still available so I still do not understand why they were unable to fulfil my booking. As a result of my flight booking, I also proceeded with securing my hotel booking. After expressing my dissatisfaction we were then told that they could get the premium economy tickets for one leg. This is the first time that I’ve encountered this scenario in all my years flying. I believe that I have spent more than I should have for the tickets and regret using this company. I would be very cautious in using this company and will not be using them in future.

Marcus was excellent assisting us to find best flight deal for chicago from London as our booked flight was sold out ,he found another flight suitable for us and made sure to matched same price, he has a great customer service skills,we will definitely will be using Check N Fly for our future trips

Raymond has been the most wonderful help to me in my ordeal getting flights for the right days, times and price. He worked tirelessly speaking to airlines and going above and beyond for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and colleagues and have passed his details on for future use within the organisation I work for. He was polite, patient and made me feel at ease in what has been a stressful situation. I cannot thank him enough

Scammers. Avoid at all cost. Confirmed tickets, took payment. Then said flights weren’t actually available after all. Said they sent a refund. But didn’t actually send it. A fraudulent company

Totally disgusting service, miss sold flights on the internet that were not even available, apparently we paid to join a waiting list of 25 other people ahead of us?????? refused to refund 0ur £9400 payment immediately and advised we would have to wait 5 days later for the refund for unavailable flights that were never available!!!!! flights that they have been promoting on the internet, then having the cheek to give us flights that will cost us a further £600 due to to the miss selling and refusing to hand over our deposit immediately ..... thank you so much Check n Fly for the additional stress caused by selling a service that was never available!!!!! Also we have had to change our train tickets which has cost a further £130 who pays for that ?????? . Waiting for airline to confirm that there was a waiting list as well because when you look at other websites for reviews they seem to do this a lot

We booked and paid for our flights to Dubai and were happy with the price. I received booking confirmation and then a few days later they called and asked for another £200! The guy continuously put me on hold after asking simple questions such as ‘what’s your name’….hold, ‘what’s your address….hold. He explained that the seats were ‘pending’ and the airline have requested an additional payment. When I said that wasn’t fair as it wasn’t stated anywhere in my confirmation he said well you have to pay to secure your tickets. I said I wanted to cancel so he called back and said ‘ok, my manager said you can pay £100 more’. He was so unprofessional and I lost trust in the whole thing so continued my cancellation. We are still yet to receive a refund and I would advise to steer clear of this company as they’ve been nothing but dreadful

They "forgot" to book me on a connection flight return journey, I contacted them thinking all will be fixed by the time i landed from first flight journey (10.5 hrs) that glight i was full of enxiety/diarrhoea as I didn't know how it was going to pan out in a foreign country. Luckily for me the airline was not full therefore they let me in. Below is the response they gave me after complaining. "It was unfortunate circumstances where we dont have control of your reservation and it was all on the airlines end. For Goodwill Gesture we already offered you £100 Voucher to retain our services to serve you better in future as we could not provide Cheque." Needless to say I shall not be taking them up on their offer as it would be too stressful wondering if my flights will be honoured!

They made me to write a good review after I tried to get a name change on a ticket and refused to pay a premium to them to get it changed. Then when I tried to change my return flight (I had booked a 'no change fee' flight) they insisted I pay them the equivalent of a one way fare. I was flying for a funeral and they made the whole experience very stressful for me. I wouldn't recommend them.

I was about to book tickets with them as the price was comparatively low. Just called on the number provided on their website. A very confused guy picked up the phone and as I said that I am about to book this flight, can you give me more information on few things, he asked me to hold the line and then came back to say please don't pay and refresh the page as the price has increased.

Returning customer, second time booking with Marcus and again I am extremely happy with his service. If it's your first time booking flight with an agent, don't worry! Call Check N Fly & ask for Marcus Wood! My first time booking flights with Marcus was couple of months ago and he was extremely helpful, friendly and found me the best deal. I use to be skeptical about booking tickets with agents, but honestly now I am only booking tickets with Marcus. So convenient! Saves you a lot of time (searching for the best ticket) and money! Also he deserves a promotion and pay rise for the service he is providing to his customers.

Very awesome service with Good Surprises! I got a call the following day after I purchased my ticket with Check N Fly & instead of some not so good news... I ended up getting Great Concierge Service with the Rep that answered my call. He helped me adjust one of my flights so my layover was timed better with my flight, got all my questions answered, & even topped it off with a free checked bag upgrade!! ...so cool cuz I got to grab some extra things I wasn't planning for but appreciated!! All in all, it was my first time buying through them and I will definitely use them again :) Thank you so much! I recommend Check N Fly.
