About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“Shoes are beautiful and comfortable for wide fit. I ordered size 5 wide. Unfortunately my order was not delivered completely. Organza strapped were not in the package. Considering that I am abroad and paid $182 for customs to receive the shoes, I was hoping to get my order all together.”

“I ordered for my daughter with her dress fitting coming up but found the shoes were out of stock due in the next month. This was fine dress fitting was middle of the month but I was worried so contacted Charlotte Mills. I got a speedy great response - totally put my mind at ease and the shoes were delivered within a few days”

“This is a beautiful dress- however I am a size 14-16 and could not get it on (it wouldn't go past my hips and bum. Bit disappointed as usually I always size up however the description advises you to size down. I was also surpised that the bow trim detail to the shoulders is not fixed in place, the gathered fabric layers move around.”

“Couldn’t have been more helpful 🥰 my size was not in stock and I emailed as I had my heart set… I received a response faster than expected from a small business and very quickly had my shoes pre ordered in my size 🤍 they came faster than anticipated too. Even the delivery box 📦 impressed me, so much thought went into each part of the process to make it feel as special as it should. “Stunning shoes, and fantastic customer service. I ordered these shoes for my wedding and was worried I might have left it a little late. I was added as a priority order and they arrived and are so comfortable and pretty. I am usually a size 6, I went with a 5 and it’s a perfect fit. The customs charge was about €80 delivery to Dublin but I was made aware this is nothing related to the company and out of their control. If that’s the cost for comfortable shoes on my wedding day, it’s money we’ll spent!”

“I took a long time to decide whether to take the plunge and spend what I consider to be 'a lot' of money on my wedding shoes as after all they are for just one day. However, I found myself coming back to Charlotte Mills time and time again so when they had a 15% off sale I bit the bullet and ordered. I've chosen a pair that I feel I will actually be able to wear again as they're not too 'weddingy'. They arrived quickly and are beautiful as expected. Packaged beautifully, well made, soft leather shoes. The little touches like the note and the silver six pence set the shoes/service aside from just buying a pair from any high street store. Really happy with my purchase, cant wait to wear these on my big day and beyond.”

“Im on a budget, but its one day right! Im so glad I talked myself into buying these the quality is amazing and the customer service is brilliant , I had an issue with the strap length no issue and a replacement to be sent out with an expander. Ive also bought a hen dress , jumper the quality of those items are also very good. Im really looking forward to wearing these on my big day. Thanks for the excellent service G”
