About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've had my eye on these heels for a year! My heart was set but my budget was somewhat lacking. I was lucky enough to purchase them in the sale, I got the Henri & the Henrietta for comparison. Decided to send both back in order to exchange for a wide fit- an option on the returns portal! However on closer look I realised they were running very low on stock so decided I would just order these. Quick phonecall to customer services to ask how to change my return note and the girl on the phone was able to sort it for me at their end. Honestly couldn't be happier. The shoes are divine, the note for something borrowed is such a lovely touch, the customer service was excellent. What more can you ask for?”

“I bought my shoes in the sample sale they had and so got an absolute bargain! The shoes are beautiful, well worth the price paid and even the full retail because they're such good quality. They arrived really quickly and I'm so happy with them. Overall the sample sale was a little stressful trying to get the shoes so quickly before they sold out but the process was made clear in the emails building up to the day/time.”

“I could not wait for my shoes to arrive and when they did, oh wow they did not disappoint. They were stunning! Everything down to the little detail was outstanding. The packaging, little sentiments, the shoes! The only thing I can say is I have had to return them for an exchange as I require a wide fit, even that process was super easy and straight forward. I emailed customer service to advice I had returned them and they got back to me straight away. Overall I'm super impressed with this company I will defiantly be recommending them to anyone I know getting married.”
