About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“Awful experience, both items received are faulty and are marked as part of the sample sale, although they were purchased from the website on the price stated on the website and not in the lower price they had during the sample sale. As a result CM have sent me a sample sale returns form which is definitely not the case, I have received two faulty items and normal refund policy must be applied, as per above. Have contacted customer services and expecting a quick resolution as I m definitely very disappointed.”

“I’ve had my eye on Charlotte Mills since I got engaged and have been following their instagram page too. I love the sentimentality of their products: something blue, something new, something borrowed and a sixpence in her shoe. I’m not superstitious but it’s a very nice added touch.”

“Ordered the bag on sale for £30 instead of the usual RRP £125. I expected the quality would be better, however there was visible glue at the seams and a patch of glue on the leather next to the seam. Overall it just felt and looked quite cheap so I was surprised by the original price for the bag. It was definitely more the quality of a £30 bag but I would rather spend more and have something nicer so I arranged a return. I was disappointed that despite returning the item due to poor quality (no fault of my own), I will be charged a fee to return so I won’t even get all the money back that I paid. The returns process itself is also a bit outdated and cumbersome as I had to print the label and returns slip. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase from the website again.”

“I originally ordered the higher version of these and imediately fell in love with them! However I knew I would feel more comforatble with the slightly lower heel. I was not disappointed. These shoes are beautifully made, very comfortable and will compliment my dress perfectly! Customer service throughout my order process (back order) was excellent. I cannot wait to wear these on my wedding day! Thank you CM :-)”
