“I purchased a "Blue" custom made shirt, and following three or four washes I noticed that three of the panels had started to yellow. I contacted Customer services, who gave me a email address and told me to attach two photographs,. So far so good. Now after two months, three more phone calls, with "Oh haven't they contacted you yet Sir?" I now realise nothing is going to happen. One of the questions with this review is "How quick did the company reply to your queries" .. no tick box for, Never Have! I will never buy from them again.”

“I am big fan of there shirts as they do a twenty inch neck size and I can get the short sleeves shortened. I have in the past also utilised the custom service , my gripe with this service is that they do not save your measurements and need to reload the application I also have a selection of knitwear that I find have a good fit and when you wash them they come back like new!!!”

“They use evri as couriers.they dump your parcel on the floor outside your home even though note on door put in cupboard.will not use again until they get a responsible courier”

“NEVER buy online from Charles Tyrwhitt CT has failed to deliver four times in 10 days. They take an age to respond to queries. Most recently the customer help dept guaranteed a special delivery today. Nothing of course except - as with the three previous non-deliveries - they emailed me later asking me to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Their admin and technology are simply hopeless. No point discussing their products if like in my case they cannot deliver”

“I took my son into the Bluewater shop for a measure up for a properly fitting shirt for his wedding next month. We were served by Richard who greeted us very courteously and was extremely helpful offering various choices and measuring up. My son was particularly impressed with the courteous and professional attention he received. I was very pleased too as this was my son's first visit to CT and hence thought I should put this review up. Thank you Richard, I am sure you will see us again.”
