“Very friendly young person (Celie) helped me, when I entered the Cribbs Causeway store enquiring about a specific brand of shoe (Fitflop) No hard sell, just very polite, informative, helpful and also very patient with me. Tried on a few pairs and whilst I initially did not buy at the time, as I wanted to check competitor’s online prices, I returned within ten minutes and bought one of the pair of shoes I had tried on.”

“Very pleased with my new trainers. Perfect fit, very comfortable and stylish. Also I'm impressed with the quality and finish. They are light weight so perfect forthe spring/summer season. I've only had the trainers a few days so I can't comment on how durable they are, but so far very happy with my purchase.”

“My favourite store, I recently purchased a pair of Pikolinos ankle boots which is my favourite brand also, they arrived within a couple of days and boxed and wrapping inside was beautiful. I don't shop anywhere else for my husband and myself footwear.”
