“Have had a brilliant customer experience with Charles clinkard, ordered some shoes online in my usual size to our local store, arrived within in a couple of days, unfortunately they were too small so returned them then ordered the next size up which again arrived very quickly, however there was a slight issue with what I was charged so I emailed customer services on Saturday not expecting to receive a reply until after the weekend, within a couple of hours my issue had been resolved and a refund processed, best customer service I have ever had and so happy with my shoes, will not hesitate to buy from again. Thank you so much to Michael from customer services for your help.”

“Really impressed with my recent purchase at Clinkards. Was struggling to find a particular style and colour of Fitflop and then found them on line at Clinkards (despite trawling multiple other sites with no joy!) and they were VERY reasonably priced too. Site was easy to navigate, the delivery fast and communication great. Will definitely use them again next time I am looking for shoes.”

“It is always a pleasure to visit the store in Cheltenham. Greeted with a smile and instantly feel at ease Help is always at hand, but not pushy so its easy to take your time to view the shoes on show and deliberate before asking for help. On Saturday Janet helped me. No problem for her to assist and spend most of her time on the floor doing up and undoing the sandels I was trying on. Then an honest opinion about how they fitted and which looked best. As I said before, always a treat to look for shoes at that shop. Excellent customer attention. Well done Clinkards.”

“Ordering and purchase was faultless, item arrived in good order, unfortunately the shoes didn't fit so returned them to the Stratford on Avon shop, however when we were browsing in the shop I purchased a handbag, the shop staff were lovely, arranged the refund for the shoes and made the transaction for the lovely handbag - all in all very satisfied. Thank you.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see your initial order was cancelled at your request due to a sizing issue, but then a second order was placed for a UK 12.
