“Applicants could not apply due to the set up not allowing it. A supposed corrected version had a mis-spelling in it - and the wording was not what had been asked for. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.”

Dear Ian, We are very sorry to hear of the recent issues you had with your job listing. I believe as soon as contact was made with your account manager a temporary fix was implemented to ensure candidates could submit applications and the application wording updated once we were advised of the text you would like used. Please except our sincere apologies for the misspelling of a word used in the application details due to the transposing of 2 letters, which I understand was also immediately corrected by your account manager once brought to his attention. “Getting a phone call quickly from charity jobs helped me decide on where is best to advertise. The fact that they can manage the CIOF/IOFS digital upgrade and the Linked In, took away additional tasks that I thought I had to do, so it has saved me time.”
