The process was straightforward and where I had a query it was great to be able to speak to someone straightaway (Ishi) who was able to help me with making the post look good. We opted to use the candidate management element which so far is working well.

I love the site , easy to set up and very clear but we had no responses so wouldn't use again personally. possibly the wrong sort of role on this site

CharityJob is giving us an excellent service at a very reasonable price. The agent, Judith Jones, has been very responsive and helpful, supporting us through the job posting process and making intelligent, professional suggestions. Most important, within an hour of posting our ad we had 4 good applications!

Dear Bill, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, it’s greatly appreciated! After speaking with your CharityJob Account Manager Jack Golding, I understand your ad was posted on the 13/02/24 and after checking over your ad, Jack called on both the 14/02 & 20/2 to speak to someone as he had some advice on how to optimise its performance. As Jack was unable to speak with someone on both occasions, I have been advised he left messages requesting a call back. Since the receipt of your feedback, I believe Jack has called again on several occasions to discuss extending the ad for free and then increasing its reach, but as again he has been unsuccessful in making direct contact, has now followed this up with an email.
