Booked in before the 31st of March to make sure I was eligible for the £350 government insensitive, 6th of April comes and I get a call saying they are unable to fit my home charger as the tether could be a trip hazard! They canceled my order before I could even explain that I own the land they were talking about! Going to a Zappi charger now but without the £350 government cash back. Thanks BP, right when everyone is feeling the pinch a low blow has been delivered! Dont bother with these time wasters.

Very slow in responding and giving excuses on 10 March 2022 " we are still waiting for feedback from the DNO (Distribution Network Operators; the company responsible for your incoming electricity supply to your meter) regarding approval of your application", yet approval was granted on 28 February. As a result missed the OZEV grant which expired on 31 March.

Reported an issue with my charger that the app saying I'm not connected to the charger and not being able to get schedule to work on the 4/03/22 but I can see my costs for charging was told someone would contact regarding this heard nothing after a week so did a review and was told I was a priority week later phoned yet again as I had heard nothing I was then asked to give them 48 hrs to sort this out nothing happened yet again phoned yet again on the 22/03/22 and was told that 30 minutes before my phone call my case had been assigned I did get an email later that day it's now the 30/03/22 and I'm no further forward and no communication it makes me think that you are unable to resolve this issue or unwilling feel that it is time for you a full refund as this is not fit for purpose.

Had to call BP pulse today for assistance- I couldnt get a charging ststion to work. A minute or so on the phone and the issue was resolved.

Richard was very professional and such a lovely man who installed our charger . He explained everything in full and the installation was really quick and exceptionally neat and tidy . Highly recommend!

Jordan came to the house today (29-3-22) to fit my charge point for my new car I got. He was so nice very polite very knowledgeable and happy to help. He took his time to go through and show me everything and answered any of my silly questions. He worked neatly and would always understand when I needed to get by him to let our dogs out. I would highly recommend Jordan and would like to thank him again for all the help he gave me.

I have order a BP pulse home charger in November 2021 They came in 1st of March 2022 to install, however they did not have the unit in stock and told me i would be getting one in two weeks. now is the 29th of March and i have not received any message or contact about the unit and it still has not yet been installed. I do not recommend BP pulse at all. they are selling an item that they do not have in stock and they still do not know when they will have it

I have made an application to install EV charger and it was rejected. Company is not willing to install the EV Charging Unit for thoese who live in terrace house. Shameful discrimination. Despite provided all safety requirements for pedestrian the company has rejected the application. Those who do not have private parking cannot have electric vehicles while Government is shouting for fully electrification on automobile. How that is possible if Companies like BPpulse is not willing to install EV charger to those who do not have private parking. Lancashire County Council has installed trunking for pedestrian safety see picture attached despite this bppulse is not willing to install ev charger.

She was very very helpful, as I am new to ev she helped me to charge and rebooted the system from her end as the charging point an able to respond the screen touch wasn’t responding. She was very polite and very professional. Credit to the company. Thank you so much Marlylin

Ordered a charger beginning of Feb for an installation due to the EV grant ending. Would have been a straightforward install, even BP said that, with the first few communication emails with the account manager. I then had some confidence that the installation was going ahead, then while waiting for the 10 days someone would call for an install, no one did. I had said we needed it done as we were going away end of March, but with every phone call, BP said the account manager would call back. He never did. Email after email, we decided on a refund as this was clearly not going to happen before our holiday. They have confirmed by email they will refund, so just waiting. Customer service could be better by returning calls and being honest as to not being able to fulfill installs.

Placed order for home car charger 5 months ago. 3 visits later and still no charger installed as the engineers who visited wouldn’t do anything other than run a cable, they wouldn’t lift a slab, or drill through a wall to enable the cable to be installed, this was post an initial survey they had carried out. On the final visit they had no chargers left, so left me a reel of cable to install myself and the charger would follow. The charger didn’t materialise, and as the grants were coming to an end, they were quick to offer a cancellation after my complaints. A poor service, that has left me out of pocket and still no home car charger installed. BP pulse have no resolution or any form of apology to offer. I certainly cannot recommend BP pulse.

I had a problem using the app to charge my car. I have £15 of credit (I don't have a BP card). I phoned BP and ahelpful member of staff connected me remotely

I have ordered the charger a month ago but no news so far. All my emails have been ignored. Now I am worried I will lose the government grant if the charger is not installed by 31.03.22.

Still waiting for my home charge point at home bought the car in September it took them 6 months to come and do the wiring but no charger point they said they are waiting for them. So I'm now going into my 7 month of owning the car with no charging point at home. No update from BP pulse on this no email no phone calls. Non existent customer service. They asked for my V5 doc 3 times as they couldn't find it. Totally inept never again. I give the car back in 2.5 years I wonder be leasing electric ever again.
