Didn't expect to be left with offcuts of wiring. Otherwise very good work.

Very pleased with the installation and operation. One small criticism - the design of the plug / cable holder means that the cable sticks out way beyond the reel; it would be better if the holder were placed to the side. The initial quote rose by £50.

The charger is easy to use and fits neatly in my garage. However it took many months of sending photos and emails to BP for them to agree that my electricity supply was up to their requirements. There was a need to upgrade the wiring in the garage but it was difficult to get details of what was required. Worth while in the end but hard work dealing with the company. I am happy to give more details on customer service if required

There was confusion about the appointment to install. Two Identical emails were sent suggesting different dates. Apart from that, the installation itself was very efficient.

The installation was excellent. It was however extremely difficult to fix the date for the installation due to unanswered calls or unfulfilled promised call backs.

After 1 week of use, what a pleasure to have a very easy system to keep my car "tank" full. As a person in my 80's I wonder if there is sufficient left in my "tank" before I will change the term to FULL BATTERY CHARGE

Service from BP Chargemaster was good, however I feel the process could be simplified. As most domestic customers are one off and will not be too familiar with the process,surely BP Chargemaster should take the lead knowing that grant funding cannot be claimed without a PDF copy of the receipted invoice and this should be supplied upon receipt of payment rather than the customer having to chase for this. I still have not received this almost two weeks after installation of my home charge unit.

Good install, quick and efficient but the installer could have cleaned up after him. Left empty box with mess in it and after drilling holes

The fitting was carried out very efficiently and neatly. I can not comment on how the Chargemaster works yet as the electric car is still on order, hence I can only give 4 stars as I don't know how well it works yet.

My ordering of the home charger went very smoothly until 3 or 4 days before the installation date, when the administrators suddenly sent me emails stating incorrectly that I had not sent the appropriate PDFs, photos etc and that my installation could not therefore be done. Having sent the appropriate information 3 times, I was given an alternative address, where the fourth attempt was miraculously received and my installation date was reinstated. The representative who actually did the installation was prompt, pleasant efficient and helpful, for which I was relieved and grateful. In my experience this sort of service is typical, i.e. that the staff who actually do the work are very good, while the administrators and systems are not satisfactory and place unnecessary stress on the customer.

The installation technician was very efficient and knew what he was doing. The process of purchasing, quoting and scheduling involved too many different people. It would be better if it could all be done by. Single point of contact.
