“I used Champion to remove an unwanted and malfunctioning Jacuzzi. From the initial phone conversation to waving goodbye they impressed me with their attitude and friendly approach. I mainly dealt with Drew and he was extremely helpful and positive. His communication was excellent and he, together with his brother Dom removed the hot tub with the minimum of fuss and bother. I cannot praise them highly enough and would thoroughly recommend the company and the family.”

“Recently purchased a UK manufactured Rotospa from Champion and could not be more satisfied with the service. Delivery which is included in the price was on time, efficient and both Drew and Owen worked like a well oiled machine to get the tub up an running in a short time. Drew explained all the ins and outs, chemicals, temperatures, and generally all the salient points of the tub and within a couple of hours they were on their way leaving us with the tub ready to use as soon as it hit the set temperature and as we had a warm fill that was only about an hour. Would I recommend them, for sure great product, good service excellent customer care, what's not to like?”

“We have hired a Rotaspa Orbis from Champion Hot tubs twice and always had a great service. We have now taken the plunge and purchased an ex-hire from them. Highly recommended, lovely family business. All of them really helpful and knowledgeable. Don’t think about it any more, just do it!!”

“We have recently received our Rotospa Duo S240 and we are really pleased with the whole experience - from first meeting Owen and listening to his helpful advice, to picking out the tub that best suited our needs, and to having it delivered and set up by Owen and his helpful son. The whole experience has been worthwhile. Owen and Fay regularly kept us up to date on the delivery timescales and were always helpful and knowledgeable. The past year and a half has been a real challenge for most businesses and we were extremely impressed how Owen and Fay worked so hard to help their customers and deliver on expectations. We don't have a lot of space, so the Duo seemed the best option for us, and we have not been disappointed. Thanks to you all for your excellent service and thoughtful aftercare support - Lesley and John”

“Very Poor Service My wife and I visited Champion hot tubs ltd and met up with the boss Owen who appeared to be a really friendly helpful guy. We chose a Vita Joli hot tub discounted to £7k. We paid £700 deposit. Owen informed we would need and electrician to fit a 32 amp supply and he could help refer a local guy the cost of around £300 to £400. Owen also stated he would complete a site survey before the end of the week. Owen also recommended local crane company as we would need a crane for delivery. Everything run smoothly at first with the electrician contacting us and arrangements were made to fit the supply on Tuesday 10/8/21 that happed yesterday. The first issue was Owen failed to carry out the site survey as promised so we called him up the next week and he apologised stating he was too busy last week and would call during this week which he did. He confirmed we would need a crane lift so we arranged this for Thursday 12/8/21 the day of delivery. On Sunday 8/8/21 Owen rang informing our tub had sprung a leak and needed a new pump he said he has no idea how long it would take and the delivery would have to be cancelled. We cancelled the crane but the electrical work went ahead. Owen promised to ring us to inform how long the part would take but one again failed to call.We called him yet again and he suggested a refund of our deposit as he was going to keep the tub for his showroom and he would not be able to supply us until September/ October. We did obtain a refund. The level of service provided by Champion Hot Tubs has been well below the standard of service one would expect from a local business. We have paid for a 32 amp supply with no tub to connect.”
