STEER CLEAR BUY YOUR BIKE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY! DO NOT USE Awful company when an item arrived damaged they send us a link of how to fit the item and say heres a link so you can purchase it yourself!!! Really the bike arrived with a part that they had apparently checked? Not very well obviously and 2 parts dropped out of the end bent and apparently we have fitted it incorrectly. I do not think so. I feel anyone with similar issues to me should get together and put a law suit against the company as it is just not acceptable to send a brand new bike with broken parts and then not accept liability. Awful awful awful DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased some hydraulic brakes and did not fit them straight away. When I came to fit them I noticed they differed from the online pictures and they would not fit the bike. I sent an email about this and have still not had a satisfactory response. I sent them back at a cost to me to pay for postage, bearing in mind this was not my error. I requested a refund of my postage and heard nothing since. I will not buy from this company ever again as their service is shocking and illegal. Due to distance selling laws I should not have had to pay postage for incorrectly sent goods.

I placed an order on 7th of december 2023 afer a month I contacted them to ask about my package. They said that companys policy changed and they don't send abroad anymore. But I placed order and paid for it and expect to recieve what I bought - Not for them. The package returned to CRC and I was waiting for my money back. After another month (2 total) a recieved my money back downgraded for shipment. Conclusion: I paid money, waited 2 months for recieved them back and nothing Else. I waisted time and lost 8,99 Euros. THANK YOU CRC. Thankfully because of your politics I will never ever buy anything again. My worst customer service expirience ever.

the site clearly stated cut off times for next day delivery. i ordered well within time as i had broken some parts on my bike and needed to replace them in a hurry for a trip down south the next day. i could have gone to a local bike store but chose CRC instead. The order didn’t arrive the next day. i missed a pre booked day at the bike park and scheduled night ride as well as a hell of a lot of messing to amend trains and hotels. i tried to contact CRC a total number of 6 times to resolve this issue. it’s taken till now… 10/01/2024 to only have my postage refunded (which will take 5 days to refund) and CRC have now washed their hands of the issue…. i wasn’t expecting them to refund me for all my expenses as that’s a little far but a little voucher for £10 or free next day delivery on my next order or something as an apology would have been great but to only offer my postage back after the issue has been dragged out by them for 23 days i think is just unacceptable.

1400 Euros order haven’t arrived in over 2 weeks. Order placed on 5 august, writing this on 24. So almost a month and my order has not arrived. Contacted them 2 times, both times waited until they’re said, still nothing. Contacted them a 3rd time, no response in 2 days. The DPD delivery info / status is stating that my order in in France since the dispatch, seems like it’s stuck there & last update was on 19 august. Order was estimated to be delivered on 16 August (6-8 days) I’m located in Bucharest, Romania.

Horrible customer service! I had a warranty case (which they acknowledged) and was supposed to receive store credit from them. I never received it. Several reminders were finally answered with a "sorry please wait another 48 hours". Of course nothing happened. It has been weeks now. This is no longer just unprofessional, this is scam.

Due to the change of ownership... all prices sky rocketed as hell... it sucks!!! won't be coming back again unless for the warranty claim.

Still waiting to receive our Christmas presents after 3 weeks. Very poor customer service chat, no tracking email just a dispatch one from 10/12. No one to speak to. Do not order from these if you expect a fast service.

Ordered the Assioma Duo power meter. CRC quickly took the money out of my account via Paypal, 3 days later they canceled the order due to some "IT" issues. Sounds like they never had the item. They could have send it after the issue was fixed. Had to go thru Paypal to get my money back. Wasted my time.

Be careful, although CRC shipped my items ,they used evri ,the whole process from start to now (still not refunded) has been a joke,everi claimed to have delivered my parcel , basically they took a photo of it outside my gate and where it's ended up is anyone's guess,evri then told CRC it was put in my garden, photo proves otherwise,they then said I'd answered door, nobody was home we can prove we where out to work,what a headache it's been just trying to get CRC to do something about it ,they make you jump through hoops whilst making out your a lier and it's your fault,I don't hold much hope of getting this resolved I'm about 2 weeks in and no further forward!!

I ordered a Tacx Neo turbo trainer on 13th November 2022. As of 27th November I do not have the product and have no response from customer service team. Delivery was due on 15/16th November. Two weeks is too long not to have the product and for 4 emails to go unanswered. I am in a limbo of being £600 out of pocket and therefore not able to buy a replacement. I used to buy from wiggle and chain reaction a great deal for cycle and triathlon kit. It has been 3 years and I expected the same level of great customer service and price. Price is still competitive but the rest of service has fallen off a cliff

Hi I ordered a Garmin 1040 on 23rd June and received an email acknowledging the order. (OrderId:CRC6485614221). I'm a uk resident on holiday in Australia and wanted the UK version of the Garmin posted to me here in Australia. Live chat was very helpful and I was able to pay in sterling with my UK bank account. The item was marked as in stock and I paid a little extra for faster delivery. Now, 2 weeks later, the Garmin still hasn't been dispatched and perhaps was never actually in stock. I am pleased that the money hasn't been taken from my bank account, but am concerned that I have received no information about when the item might be back in stock.

A phone call would have sorted the problem. they cancelled my order because item was not in stock even though it was in stock when i ordered. i ordered a sram brake calliper and a calliper bracket .they sent calliper bracket but no brake calliper. The bracket was for the calliper they cancelled so totally no good. but they sent it anyway lol. charged a £5 for postage too. i am a student and had no more cash, now i have to wait until the refund came back 5 days later. i needed the brake calliper urgently thats why i paid for next day postage. lol. if they would have rung i would have told em to replace with different item.

Good products and prices, I had a bad experience refunding a defective item and another that was the wrong size. It was a mix-up, however, the head rep from customer service corrected on her own and sent me a nice letter. My opinion went from 2 to 4 stars and will buy again. Thanks

I've been dealing with Chain Reaction Cycles/Wiggle for about 9 years now. Simply put they are the worst company in cycling retail to deal with. The only reason I go there (and its not that often) is because of the range of items they have but that's changing. Year on year other companies have caught up to the "Online only" Retail Platform. Which is excellent news for cyclists. CRC are the Ryan Air of cycling. Everyone hates them but you have to, at some point use them. And they know this, that's why their customer service is terrible. They aren't bothered about keeping customers happy because they know others will come calling. Recently I ordered a pair of cycling shoes, when they arrived they weren't the ones I ordered. Their customer service copied and pasted 3 paragraphs into the "live chat" box and was gone without even asking if I had any questions. Which I did. So basically, they've sent me the wrong item but now I've got to print out a form, stick it to the parcel drive to the post office and hope that they receive it before I get my money back. The copy and pasted statement said that because there was a discrepancy in the item number they wouldn't be able to send me the correct shoes. Any other company would send a currier to collect the package and provide a prepaid and addressed bag. Not CRC. They've got my money. I have to play their game. Its truly disgusting and it's not the first time or the second I've had problems dealing with the company. What can I do about it? Nothing other than write this review. I use CRC once in a blue moon now. I'd advise anyone and everyone do not use this company. When you're parting with your hard earned cash you deserve better.

Ordered 4 bibs. After 1.5 week and I realized that the order was never been processed. Facebook chat with customer service. I was told it was due to IT problem and it would need at least 48 hours to resolve. 48 hours to resolve a technical problem?! Please make up a better answer to a person in the software industry for 10 years. There's technically no customer support. Kept reciting the same statement again and again. Refuse to prioritize my request - the problem has been there for 1.5 week and that definitely was a reasonable request. New low to customer service to become just copy and pasting the last conversation. Avoid. Not every business worth your support.

returned a item due to a fault and its been well over a month since they received it and still no refund, on line chat ussles emails you just get an automated responce been with them since mail order 25 years ago and now really poor customer service to the point i won't use them again

If you live in N.Ireland, don’t expect the next day delivery service to be upheld on their end. They will let you choose and pay fot it and then pardon themselves on the failure because of a list of postcodes in their delivery policy that it is NOT available to (available elsewhere on the website) Deirdre from customer services was of unhelpful today. Simply highlighted that Chain Reaction are happy to take customers money for a delivery service level that could NOT be provided and offered no understanding for the concern raised or a solution to the issue.
