“Some slight imperfections with the painted flower design make me think they could be slight seconds. They look good on the doors though and no one will scrutinise them up close.”

“Pretty door knobs well package size as described. my only comment would be it is a shame they do not make their door knobs in larger sizes. Having said that the size offered is the same as on most websites for these style of ceramic knobs. Would recommend this company and would use again.”

“Easy order process, good communication and quick delivery. Order was for 8 of the same item, each one should be supplied with a washer and 2 nuts as the fixing kit. 1 was missing a washer and 2 only had 1 nut supplied . Not a showstopper as i had spares, but a quick visual check before shipping would have picked that up. They look great, that's what matters!”

“The knobs were patchy on the ceramic finish. They are temporary for us until we find some we really like so doesn't matter that much. The supplied fixing screws were useless so I would recommend not even using them. My screwdriver stripped the heads without much force at all. Use good quality wood screws otherwise you'll have a hard time removing the knobs if you need to. I would not order these for a permanent solution.”

I am sorry about the issues you had with your purchase of Mortice Door Knobs. These are big knobs of size 60mm. These are hand-paints knobs and in manufacturing process during heating some part of knobs could show an off colour. We check every knob before despatching them to our customers. That is why our rejection rate during quality checking are 39%. We want our customer to be happy with their purchase. You could have asked for replacement knobs and screws. We would be more than happy to resolve your issues. Thanks

“The selection on the website was great. I was looking for a ceramic knob for my wardrobe and chest of draws which I had given a make over. They were reasonably priced (compared with B&Q, Homebase etc - cheaper) they were delivered quickly and they look amazing. They have completely helped with the transformation - I am really pleased with them! Brilliant thank you.”

“My overall shopping experience with Ceramic Door Knob Co was Good. For Choice - 5 stars. Superb selection For Value for money - 4 stars. Have seen similar elsewhere but at a greater cost. For Delivery and packaging - 4 stars. Arrived swiftly with the parcel intact and the contents in good condition. For Quality of product - 4 stars. Every item selected had been very well made. For Ease of use of the website - 3 stars. I found the website tricky to use on my iPad; the screen froze and I was locked out several times which resulted in an empty shopping basket. I would recommend this Company.”

“The website was good and easy to use and delivery was quick. The door knobs look good now that they are installed. However I did have difficulty fitting them as the bolt securing the knob always worked loose before the door knob was fully through the door. Also the serrated metal cap isn't totally flush with the china knob and has sharp edges.”
