“The door knobs are even better than I had hoped.....absolutely gorgeous and finish off the newly painted furniture to perfection. Very reasonably priced and arrived in a couple of days. Very pleased, thank you. Would highly recomend your company”

“The door handles are absolutely beautiful, and the delivery was very quick. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that even though there were 2 orders in one package, I was still charged full delivery price for the 2 separate orders, and the delivery is quite expensive .”

Hello Mary, I am sorry for the delay in the delivery of your order. We received your order on 12th September and dispatched it on the same day by Royal Mail. The tracking number is LW872410015GB. I am not sure what happened wrong in between but today on 7th of October royal mail website is showing that your order has arrived in Sydney Australia. I assume it should delivery within 2-3 days. Please contact us if it will not delivery, we will chase Royal Mail for it. I apologise? for the inconvenience caused to you.

“Nice knobs, consistent and the ceramic bit plus decoration was good. As was delivery. But. The screw threads were at all angles and the threads so poor that the nuts could be slid on and off some of them”

We try to delivery best quality with fittings too but sometime it's difficult to check each bolt and nut.
