“I have been a patient of Maria on an off over last few years. The care I have recieved from Maria and the clinic staff has been excellent. Nothing is ever too much for them when dealing with someone suffering chronic lower back pain. They are always very supportive and understanding and will always accommodate me whenever I am in need of an appointment. This clinic is value for money. Thanks to everyone at Central Chiropractic Clinic.Highly recommend”

“Being a personal trainer and playing sports all my life has resulted in having severe injuries and through that getting to know different therapies in order to promote recovery. My recent back/neck is called thoracic outlet syndrome which has been an ongoing issue for a few months. I have tried alternative therapies such as osteopathy, massages,physio however none seem to work. Then a friend told me about Central Chiropractic Clinic in Coventry. Thats when I called the clinic explained to the receptionist my ongoing issues who was extremely helpful and he booked me in with Maria a chiropractor. Maria was my last resort her chiropractic treatments and her skills are amazing she has helped ease my pain, improved my sleeping pattern and thanks to Maria I now understand my body more. Her friendly approach helped me build a rapport straight away to the fact I now refer all my friends and clients to Maria. Thank you Maria an the team you have been a god send.”

“I cannot praise C.C.C highly enough! When I injured my back quite severely, a few years ago, Maria saw and treated me immediately. She also provided the required treatments for the following four weeks and coupled with Roy's solid advice meant not only relief from the terrible pain but a speedy return to work. I still have regular visits to maintain Maria's good work. As such you might think I am made of money but the cost of the treatments is so affordable you'll be surprised. Believe me worth every penny and more! Five stars is not enough!”

“I was recommended to central chiropractic clinic, by my mum, that has been using the clinic for several years on and off. I was suffering an injury to my lower back and neck, after having an accident. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and booked me in to see Maria. I cannot recommend Maria enough after having K-laser and manipulation on the same day for one price! Not only is this great value for money, but Maria made me feel at ease before and throughout my treatment. Would recommend.”

“I have suffered back pain for 18 years. Doctors keep giving me pain killers, but not sorting the problem. I have only had my initial appointment this morning and I know it’s not a quick fix but I can already feel the difference. I am feeling extremely positive and was very happy with the explanation as to why I have felt the pain I do. I have already called and recommended to a friend with similar issues and will tell my partner to make an appointment also. “Attended this clinic with my father, for his ongoing back pain. I am completely baffled as to why customers are singing Maria`s praises regarding this money grabbing clinic. Maria was abrupt, short tempered, sarcastic and very unprofessional and really needs to question her non-existent personality. Roy on reception needs to book himself on a life long customer service course. Manners cost nothing and a smile goes a long way. There is only one word to sum up this clinic. "Once bitten, twice shy"!”

As a business, we always value the feedback from the patients, especially the one which highlights potential weaknesses and helps us to improve the standards of care for others. I am very sorry your experience of the clinic fell short of the expectations and am extremely grateful for your constructive suggestions. I must have been preoccupied with giving care to your parent and completely misjudged your state which found its reflection in the review. As to the monetary side you mentioned - we are the only chiropractic clinic in Coventry that doesn't practice booking patients for the "treatment plan" of multiple sessions on the first visit. . The progress of each case is reassessed constantly during each appointment thus making treatment course a lot shorter in comparison to other clinics. We also include multiple treatment modalities in the price of the same session (such as K-laser) rather than getting patients to come for a separate appointment thus further reducing the cost of treatment so more people can benefit from the care. Again - thank you for the feedback which would enable us as a clinic to provide better care for other patients. With gratitude Maria

“I was getting treatment by Maria and to be fair she did initially seem really nice and I thought I was in good hands however it couldn’t be far from the truth. I now realise it was all about being sweet to my face and taking my money, it took her nearly 12 sessions to sort out my lower back pain but other chiropractors can sort this out in a couple of sessions, every session she was putting laser into my back just so you know laser treatment costs more money and whether it was really needed I don’t think so, I was basically being overcharged. On top of everything she gave me a new upper back injury and then tried to deny it, no apology offered, no remorse of action and after it happened she gave me a free session to take a look at it but since time passed it got worse and despite taking so much of my money she didn’t want to treat me because patient care and loyalty is not high on their list of priorities, when I tried to call them to get help from them, my response was met by her husband Roy the receptionist who was obnoxiously rude and am now in process of making a complaint to the general chiropractic council against them for unethical conduct and abusing patient care and trust and i am also seeking legal advice.”

“After a severe arm surgery Requiring 30 stitches and not wanting to put any more pressure on the NHS, I decided to get therapy from these guys. First session of k-laser went well, I was told I need to book in another 3 sessions at least for the nerves and tendons to fully recover which I agreed too. My next appointment was booked in for today at 6pm (31/07/2020) I booked time off work to make the appointment. Got there at 5.45pm, however the doors were closed and after waiting outside for at 20 mins realised there was no one there. Not impressed as it cost me money from taking time off work, also I’m a private paying member so not getting the treatment on insurance.”
