After reading all the horrible reviews, I'm glad their website sucks and I was unable to order what I wanted. Everything happens for a reason. Stop sending your cataloge to me.

Sadly all items in catalogue are shown on women of a certain size. If you have a full bust they do not fit or hang as shown and returns aren’t free!

Shocking , I bought a pair of £150 boots, I returned them through the post office. 8 months and still no refund. Please be aware! Shocking service. This is theft and it’s appalling. Do not buy from them!!

Don't use this company unless you want your data shared without your knowledge. This company had used and sold/ shared my data with countless companies without my permission- my personal details of full name and address. I had been receiving an influx of catalogues that I never signed up for and after tracing and requesting data info, it was confirmed that it was this company. I literally bought 1 item that I returned. Glad I returned it after this conduct.

Lovely products but in case of returns you have to chase your money back. Policie says money will be refunded within 14 days after item was returned. I am chasing for the second time now, very poor customer service. Never again!

This firm are false and scammers ordered 3 items in January and paid not received any of them have tried to track order with no info and are unable to contact them should not be allowed to continue

I sent a Pullover back 5 weeks ago. Paid 180€ and still didnt get my money back! I am now waiting since 5 weeks! Answers to my emails came very slow and nobody wants to help or can say why i didnt get my money. I saw that the parcel has arrived! Dont buy at this shop!! They take the money and then ignore you!

Avoid at all cost.. Bought boots last June, tried and tried for over 6 months to receive the boots I ACTUALLY paid for. Sent two pairs both wrong again.. Paid to have the tracked back to them.. Ridiculously incompetent!!! AVOID!!!

Customer service appalling. Unlikely to order from this Co. Again. Placed order for a birthday present on a Friday - (paid extra for delivery within 1-3days ) expected not later than the next Wednesday. By the Tuesday I checked status on my account - order still not dispatched. So sent an email chasing - no response received not even an acknowledgement. On the Wednesday, latest expected day for delivery logged onto my account again to check status - to my suprise order had been cancelled. No notification or anything. Rang CS, informed item was now not available. Still no notification direct to me!!! Shocking service.

I have purchased multiple jumpers and had them arrive in a timely manner and enjoyed wearing them. One soon after wearing just a few times had a hole happen along a seam due to a join error. Send them an email requesting a replacement or at least a repair, with no response from them

Absolute joke of a shop. Absolute joke of a shop. Ordered a month ago to avoid the Christmas rush. first order was never even shipped so asked if I wanted a refund or the items resent, picked the resend option, and after not receiving anything spoke to them on the phone today to find out the items are ordered would not be in stock for another 3 weeks. Avoid this place if you actually want to get the good you paid for.

In November 2021 I ordered a pair of house boots size 10 as a Christmas present and shortly thereafter a sweater for myself. Since neither article had arrived several weeks after Christmas, after much back-and-forth both orders were cancelled and the charges were reversed. To my surprise the house boots arrived in July 2022 (!), taped up in plastic with a few tatters of cardboard still included. They were a bit smudged from the trip but still usable, at least as a donation to the local homeless shelter, as they are too big for me. I told the company that I was willing to pay for them despite the eight-months delay and less-than-perfect condition upon arrival, but that I was not going to trust such an unreliable company with my credit card number and was going to send them a check instead. I was told huffily that that was not acceptable and it had to be by credit card. I have no intention to do that and have offered a bag of cash in a taped-up plastic bag instead, the same way I received my boots. Celtic & Co proved to be a real pain to deal with and I will never order from it again.

I purchased a pair of sheepskin gloves, for nearly 80€. Happily received them and everything was fine. I do not wear gloves during summer, so I stored them for the summer period. Once I wore them again, I noticed, that the stitching was faulty and the seams came apart. I contacted the customer service. It took some time to receive an answer which basically said, that they don't feel responsible as I used the gloves for more than a year. Several E-Mails exchanged, as I consider that against the consumer rights act. The company advertises goods as long-lasting and sustainable, but still they argue that gloves (sheepskin made!) are not thought to last for more than one year. Finally they offered a refund, which I never received until now... Very, very poor performance and certainly not recommendable, not for quality and not for service....

Absolutely dreadful - ordered a few jumpers and slippers two weeks before Christmas. Nothing arrived! Tracked shipping shows the parcel hasn’t left the depot. No answer from the company by email, nobody answers the telephone. Never had such awful service shopping online before!

Appalling service - paid extra for guaranteed 24hr delivery and nothing turned up. No help from celtic and co robot customer service, no refund, nothing! They take your money on false promises and then just ignore you. I’d never order from them again

I ordered Cocoon slippers in ivory color. They are absolutely wonderful, from a simple design to a great fit; are warm and soft. All materials are natural. I know where to order the next set if needed. An excellent gift too! HannaMS
