“The web-site contains a lot of helpful advice and guidance. It offers good value for money and the delivery in my case was very quick; virtually overnight. The pricing schedule and purchasing is a bit confusing; a standard price of £35 is quoted but it does not seem to apply to all the size options.”

“Great product and delivery. Good range of products. I was a bit surprised the packing wasn't greener, there was a lot of plastic fragile tape. Is there a paper based alternative? Or were you finishing off stock?”

“They were able to supply a new motor for our eco fan. Instructions were excellent and the motor was changed easily and the ecofan now works perfectly. Very easy buying process. The right motor easily identified. Communication brilliant. Motor arrived earlier than promised. Quick Look at all their other products - love their ethics.”

“Very pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality of the paint, easy to apply and good coverage. The colour card of samples and the range of shades was excellent. The little pots of actual paints were really useful. Helpful information about which paints could be used in different situations. Thank you.”

“A easy to navigate web site, ordered Earthborn chalk paint, very expensive but high quality. A good site if you are doing any decorating at home as there is no odour with Earthborn chalk paint and no chemicals. Very happy with my purchase. I would use Celtic Sustainables again in future.”

“I ordered some lime putty and it arrived damaged. I emailed Celtic sustainable and the lady answered my email immediately offering a full refund and asking if I can still use the putty. The customer service was highly recommended, will definitely be using again. Very good company to deal with.”

“What a brilliant company. I was looking for Thermafleece, Celtic Sustainables had the best price including delivery that I could find. Ordering process was simple. After placing my order I noticed they did eco paints so one quick phone call (answered straight away) and colour cards were placed in the boxes of Thermafleece. So in time I will be using their paints as well. Service as it should be and quality products.”

“Very easy to use website, prompt delivery and product as expected. Have ordered from this company twice. Only problem i would say was with one delivery of plaster, we were not informed of the delivery date prior and only knew it was being delivered on the day when the delivery driver called and said he wouldn't leave the items without us being there. We had to reshcedule but this was the courier's fault not Celtic Sustainables.”
